I hear Aiden let out a long breath before taking my hands, pulling me off my seat and making me stand between his legs. His eyes swept through my face as he wrapped his arms around my waist and mine around his neck. "Finally, we are alone."
"I don't think it's possible for you to be alone in a house filled with a family-including Evan, of twelve people."
"Don't forget when Nolan is here, thirteen or fourteen if we include Milky. That cat has actually cockblocked Cameron and Evangeline," He laughed as he remembered. "Don't worry. You'll get used to it."
"I'll get used to it?"
"Yes. Because I plan on keeping you around for a really long time." He said, placing a soft peck on my lips.
I scoffed. "Aiden, you make it sound like I'm your property."
I could see his eyes light up in excitement as he pulled me closer. "Yeah, About that. You should get a tattoo that says 'Property of Aiden Knight' to be safe."
