"So he wasn't at the school today?" Sebastien asked me.
I shook my head, stealing one of his nachos, to which he shot me a look. "No, he said that I wouldn't see him in a few days anyway."
"And the next time you see him, you two would be together?"
"Yeah," I confirmed. "Aiden has been through a lot. From losing his sister to processing the news about her, it's only fair he was like that."
"Yeah. It was sad news."
I looked up at him, slightly confused. "Did you know about Addison?"
"The question is, who doesn't? It's not a big town, Athena. Almost everyone knew her, even I did. She was different than most people, and you could say she was not an attention seeker, but attention always found her. Every guy wanted to be with her, and every girl wanted to be her."
"Wow," I exclaimed. "I thought you recently moved into town? How come you know all this?"
