Chereads / The Imperfect Second Male Lead (English) / Chapter 26 - 26. Auto Mode

Chapter 26 - 26. Auto Mode

It was Ursilla's grown-up party and that was when she fell in love for the first time with the man who approached her regardless of what people thought. The reason is as simple as that, but Ursilla's love is so deep that when she finds out that Morgan is a man who likes to attract women by his side, Ursilla persists.

Enduring her pain and holding tightly to the source of her happiness. Neither Elias nor Victor were the source of Ursilla's happiness, but Morgan.

Ursilla really loves Morgan to death until she really loses her life because of her love. However, Ursilla was resurrected with the sacrifice of Antares, who already loved the princess.

Antares's life scales were given to Ursilla and the merman eventually died with a body that turned into a human because he was a half-human merman. So, Antares does not turn into water foam when he dies, only his tail is destroyed and becomes a fully human body.

The tragic love story oddly has a happy ending for the male lead and female lead. Then, the second male lead gets nothing but death.

[ Player, you turned out to be quite intelligent. No wonder the 'Creator' wants me to control you. ]

Ursilla snapped out of her daydream when she heard the system murmur in her mind that was definitely audible. Ursilla's eyes narrowed sharply with gritted teeth. "Creator? What do you mean, the person who modified my novel and turned it into a silly game with this kind of system control?"

[ Wow, Player guessed it right! ]

Ursilla's lips thinned, this wasn't the time to indulge in compliments from the system. What was more worrying was becoming clearer in front of her eyes.

"Then, what's the reason for dragging me into this modified world of the novel?!" Ursilla shouted angrily, her hot pink pupils gleaming sharply.

BEEP!!!

[ Warning! ]

[ The player has crossed the information limit that the system knows! ]

[ The player's level is too low, so the system can't answer the questions the player asks because the level doesn't meet! ]

Again Ursilla heard the warning alarm from the system repeating the same words as when she asked about her reason for transmigrating in the novel world. It's now clear that the system is really covering up things related to Liera, especially the reason the author moved into her novel and even became the female lead.

Ursilla lowered her head and pulled her hair tightly. Her scalp felt hot, but the things she knew now were not easy to digest in her mind. "Argh! Stop making noise in my head! You should answer this most important question!!"

Ursilla screamed hysterically. Her head was filled with the system's incessantly loud system warning alarms. "Who is the 'Creator'?! Who is the person who has toyed with my life in this damn game?!"

Ursilla couldn't accept the fact that the world she thought fit the novel turned out to be someone else's intervention that changed the novel's content. How dare anyone make her look stupid and controlled like a puppet.

Liera didn't like being controlled by others. As a writer, of course, she can always control all the characters in her novel. However, a ridiculous thing happens to her that makes a writer into a character controlled by the intervention of an unknown person.

"Damn it!" Ursilla cursed in a loud voice that made Victor, who was previously fast asleep, now wake up.

Victor widened his eyes when he didn't see Ursilla beside him. His ears heard a frustrated cry that caught his attention.

In the corner of the room, Victor could see, Ursilla knelt down while curled up with her hands pulling her gray hair hard. "Silla! Stop hurting yourself!"

Victor rushed over to Ursilla, worried that his daughter's actions could hurt her scalp. Ursilla ignored the presence of Victor, who was now trying to pull Ursilla's gripping hand her hair.

"Silla, are you listening to Father? Don't hurt yourself..." Victor's voice contained a hint of despair. The situation where someone hugged him tightly while crying hysterically was so familiar to him.

Victor felt déjà vu, similar to when Ursenna died in his arms, Ursilla's state was more or less the same. This gives Victor a trauma that is not easy to get rid of.

Faced with Ursilla's predicament, Victor had a feeling of fear in his heart and aroused a sense of despair that rarely occurred to him. Victor's hands hugged Ursilla tightly, who finally stopped rebelling like before.

"Shhh... Calm down, Silla... Father's here..." Victor stroked Ursilla's gray mane, which glistened in the moonlight from the window.

Ursilla crumpled Victor's clothes until they were wrinkled. Her state was extremely chaotic immediately as she was shaken by a crazy fact that was completely beyond expectation. Ursilla's eyes looked blank, staring straight at her with lips that kept muttering a question.

"Who is the 'Creator' you mean, system?"

Ding!

[ System Alpha with code number A10 has violated the System Work Act for leaking internal information to the Player. Now, A10 is serving a sentence. ]

[ Therefore, the system will enter automatic mode with increasing limitation. Players can no longer get answers to questions asked apart from those related to the mission underwritten. ]

[ System Beta with code number B10 activates A10 system automatic mode. ]

[ Automatic mode is activated successfully. ]

[ Complete missions and get your rewards! Asking too many questions will only make you gain more and more limits. ]

[ I hope you're lucky! ]

Until the end, even Ursilla didn't know the aforementioned 'Creator'. However, after learning of the code number on the system that controlled it, Ursilla estimated that there was no one system, there could be countless people experiencing the same thing as her.

Become a transmigrate who enters the world of nowhere and just a fairy tale or fantasy in the real world. There may be many systems that attract humans from the real world to play roles in a novel, not just Liera's novel, but novels from other authors.

"This is just a guess. I don't know if it's just a fantasy thing that happened or was conceived by someone." Ursilla bit her lower lip with a deep frown. Her frustrated crying had stopped and was now in Victor's arms who was patting her back trying to calm Ursilla who was crying earlier.

Victor walked here and there so that Ursilla would calm down. Victor's fingers trembled faintly as cold sweat covered his temples. Victor's body temperature turned cold because his trauma was triggered after witnessing Ursilla who was crying hysterically while pulling her hair hard.

"What happened to you, Silla? Don't scare Dad," Victor muttered hoarsely.

He had lost enough of Ursenna in his life, he wanted to avoid getting the same thing a second time. Victor doesn't know if he will stay sane if he loses his loved ones after Ursenna.

"Therefore, I will protect you and Elias as a father at once, at Ursenna's last request."
