Chapter 238 Letting My Heart Heal!

West Meadows:

Lopia Ganic:

Passing out of the meadows now after having my break down about losing Vic, that I've kept in for so long, traveling on a plain dirt path on foot, still in my head as I'm unable to get out of my feelings.

Quiet as the mood is still somber while the three of us are side by side, having enough of the dreary atmosphere as we keep pacing on, Simpa says in a not to spunky tone, I'm not trying to be that girl. And I know we had a little heart aching moment, but can we please have some type of conversation to liven up our forward March.

Frowning as she turns her eyesight toward Simpa, smacking her in the back of her head as she looks comedically angry, voicing loudly Dirosa States, Idiot! Don't just blurt out nonsense out like that. Clearly Lopia is still in a rut. Learn to be more considerate.

Rubbing the back of her head with her left hand after getting popped, pouting slightly, Simpa says, did you really have to lay a hand on me? Because that stung. Oh, and sorry for not being considerate of your still crushed feelings Lo.

Keeping my eyes forward, I respond with sincerity, there's no need to apologize Sim. I should be the one to apologize to you both, especially for making this long path an unpleasant one with my sad energy.

Placing her gentle right hand on my shoulder as she looks at me, Dirosa says in a soft tone which feels different coming from her, it's okay if you need time to really heal, because trust me, losing someone can take a long trial to get over.

Right as I'm about to speak, coming in with something to announce as she points forward, Simpa vocalizes, hey look I see a small town up ahead.

Waiting for no one after stating the find of spotting a place that could be our resting spot for the night, Simpa then proceeds to take off straight toward the inhabitants.

Sighing like it's nothing new as she watches our small comrade speed away, Dirosa says, every time. She and Mondo are a match made in heaven I tell you, with their short attention spans. Well, let's pick up our pace as well, before she does something stupid.

Jogging now to quicken our travel time to the new destination that Simpa spotted, pondering to myself before I get to moving faster too, to join my sisters in arms, I say with my heart starting to partially let my feelings go about Vic, you will always be in my heart forever.

Wearing a blue crystal-like necklace that I've been wearing for a long time that Vic gifted to me way back when. Grasping it in my left hand, I continue to lament in my brain and say, as long as I wear this, I'll always have you with me. But now I have to let my heart heal so I can move forward.
