Chapter 198 Battle in The Mountains!
Mountain Pass:
Axle Charmons:
Pounding away at the jackal snake infused creature with my earthen gauntlets, delivering punishment to another that tries to sneak up on me, reacting quick as I grab it by its throat, I then squeeze with no remorse as I crumple up its neck.
Having time to survey the field of battle as I have a few minutes to take a breather, eyeing my brothers as they deal with their portion of beast, I think to myself as I run over to aid the closest brother to me, and in this current ordeal it would be Damian.
Making it to him as I lend a helping hand at protecting the children, I say as I punch a jackal snake straight in its maw as it tried to harm Hio, how are you fairing brother?
Nocking back arrow after arrow as he hits a lot of the wild mountain beasts in the head killing them instantly, with his face sweating, Damian says, I'm holding up fine. Just glad I have a helping hand at guarding the kids. But even though this is fun and all, I think we should make a rushing sprint further ahead so we can leave this pass.
Kicking a beast with bone crushing power right in its front leg, snapping it on impact, I say, funny how sometimes our minds can think in sync, I feel the same. Let's hurry toward Muha and Dante and let them know.
with no need to say a word at the plan, scooping up Pira in his arms with no pause in his action, Damian bolts near Muha, following suit as I grab on to Hio's arm, pulling him up to my back, I say with an authoritative voice, hold on to my neck Hio and tight!
Scared out of his mind but following my instructions to the letter, I then begin my bolting sprint toward Dante.
Zooming like cannons as we get closer and closer to our brothers that are finishing up slaughtering the beast we've been fighting, yelling out so the two can hear him, Damian says, DANTE! MUHA! GET MOVING SO WE CAN GET OUT OF THIS PASS JUST IN CASE THEY CALL FOR REINFORCEMENTS!
Hearing Damian's call, taking out one more each of the beasts, turning their bodies near the path that leads to where the bandit's hideout is at, sheathing their weapons, Muha and Dante blitz with miraculous speed through the mountain pass.
Not far behind them as we don't slow down our burst to get the hell out of here as fast as we can, seeing an end in sight as we near the exit of the Rocky Valley, I say to myself as I keep striding true, don't worry Hio and Pira we will get out of here.
