King Theon ordered the assassins to bring the guilty to the town square where the guillotine was placed and the sun had risen.
King Theon inhaled and exhaled with delight. "Ah...a beautiful day to kill a bunch of parasites."
King Theon noticed the ex-citizens of de Bleu with assassins next to them. He asked some of the assassins and him that it was for them to witness justice and vengeance.
King Theon looked at the number of people gathered to watch, eagerly awaiting the death of the monster who kept them in great poverty. King Theon felt their excitement, making him excited as well.
The morning rays of the sun shown directly at the guillotine. Like it was a sign to start.
King Theon faced the guilty people of Kindom de Bleu and snickered. "Assassins! Line up the noblemen in front of the royal family.
The assassins did as they were told, lining them up before the king, the queen, and their sons. They all felt that there was no hope left. They had to accept their fate but their pride was the reason why they're being killed.
"Swords on their neck." King Theon ordered, the assassins soon follow.
"Slice!"
With that command, the ex-citizens of de Bleu cheered. Some cried in happiness. Some laughed. Some were astonished. Some were smiling. The noblemen were bleeding to death and their blood pooling on the concrete floors of the town square was sipping through the cracks of the road.
It looked like a magnificent abstract design. It was intentional but unintentional at the same time. King Theon purposely only made them bleed out since he wanted them to witness the death of their beloved royals first. The townspeople were thanking him for serving them with long awaited justice and tears of joy spilled down the floor along with the blood of the damned.
King Theon faced the crows with a big smile. "First honorable mention to the guillotine. Folks at the back, who do you pick?" King Theon asked the townsfolk.
A middle-aged farmer with grey hair stood up, his assassin assisting him as he walked from the crowd. He said with a loud voice. "I think Prince Leon should go first. He poisoned my crops before winter, leaving no food for me and my family to eat. He did it for an experiment."
King Theon nodded. "I'm sorry you had to go through that, sir. I assure you a healthy new field in my kingdom. Thank you so much for your pick, sir. Now-"
"King Theon..that's not all" The middle-aged farmer said.
King Theon looked at the man with curiosity. "What other deeds did he do?"
The man looked at king Theon with worry. "He poisoned the princess for his experiments that the soldiers use in battle." The old man dropped to his knees.
"How the hell would you think I did that?!" Prince Leon argued but it was only one wrong word that could release that blade hanging just above him. "I'd never treat my sister that way!"
The old man gritted his teeth. "She goes to my vegetable stall every four days. Unfortunately, I would hear horrible sounds from the back alley of the town. I would always look to see the young princess vomit blood and other colored fluids every time. I would always hear her question why her brother would do that to her."
Something ignited within king Theon. He approached the guillotine, seeing prince Leon struggle to get his head out of the wooden stocks, preventing him from escaping.
King Theon looked at the prince with a cold stare and called the second in command. "Second in command, Sir Jiro, bring me the Everglot poison."
