Chapter 133 She's The One!
Tao Village Harbor: The Last Dock in the Village
Lazily looking at Ver with bore den eyes, the bucket hat older gentleman says, you want a boat aye. Well take a look around I got plenty of them. Gazing at the man for a brief moment, Ver says, with a happy go lucky tone, sure! Alright I'll take a gander around! Lifting his eyes up from the older man still sitting at the end of the dock.
With boats of all shapes and sizes varying in different and unique and colorful designs, Ver doesn't waste a beat on scanning for a vessel that suits his fancy, standing behind Ver as they wait for him to pick a boat so they can start their trip, rolling his eyes with his hands in his yellow and purple slim jeans as he taps his right foot, Rint thinks to himself internally, hurry up you fool! Just pick a boat and pay the man so we can go! I'm fucking tired and trying to get some rest!
Standing right next to Rint with a calm but also exhausted face from the long boat browsing, with his lips sealed but talking in his mind as he patiently waits for Ver to make a finite decision, Pap says, please Mr. Ver pick something. His eyes still wafting about as he looks at every single boat, inching his neck to the left of him with a composed expression on his face, with his eyes getting big with joy sparkling in them as he sees something he wants, Ver says with an ebullience type of tone, she's the one!
After making his comment, everyone present with Ver turns their heads in the direction that he is gazing at with their faces unwavering, anchored down, as they stare at a decently sized boat with crazy blue and red zig zag patterns on the base of the vessel that creeps up almost near the poop deck, blowing softly in the wind, tightly knotted on the nicely painted blue masted, a darkish red sail with a black insignia design of an ocelot's face flutters in the breeze.
Opening his mouth with a giddiness seeping out of his throat, Ver says as he points to the ship, I want that ship! What's your price old timer?! Responding back with his eyes still looking unperturbed, the older man says, I'll sell it to you for 50 gold dollars how about that? Answering back with no signs of averting his eyes away from the boat, Ver says, sold! I'll take her!
