The next morning I felt really down, I just really want to stay in my room. Just thinking about the ball tomorrow, makes me want to just hung myself in the ceiling using a rope. Kidding! Gosh! I'm not that stupid to commit suicide.
After awhile I became hungry so I decided go out and eat something. I got up from bed and enter the cr. I did my morning routine and when I'm finished I headed to the dining to eat.
I found mom preparing our breakfast.
"Morning mom." I said and kissed her cheeks.
"Morning sweetheart. How's your sleep." Mom asks. I surpressed a smile hearing her calling me that again. Mom can really be sweet sometimes.
" It's fine mom." I responded with a smile.
" Good to hear that, let's eat?" Mom.
"Oh! By the way, were going to the capital later to buy everything that we need for tomorrow's ball." She added, I hide the frown and just nodded in response.
Just like what mom said, after we finished eating I just change my clothes since I've already taken a bath earlier then, we headed to the capital.
Capital is one hour away our house if you're riding a car. I just looked outside the window and enjoyed the view. If it's the usual day on the past three years, I might be blabbering nonsense to ease my boredom.
After another couple of minutes mom finally informed me that we are already in the capital. Since we are going to shop mom decided that we'll just walk. We parked the car first before deciding to go to the first boutique.
We enter boutique and other shops for about five hours just to buy a gowns, shoes and other stuffs that we needs. I also bought some books, journals and pen.
After shopping we decided to stop by to some restaurant to eat since we forgot to eat lunch and I'm really hungry. It's a good thing that I ate plenty of foods on our breakfast, because if not? I might faint because of hunger.
I also noticed that they're so many people today. I think it's because today's the first day of the festival.
I really thought I will be able to enjoy my semestral break. Turns out to be the worst semestral break in my life.
I also noticed that the festival this year seems to be earlier than the past years.
After eating mom told me to roam around first and we'll just meet at the mall's entrance because she has to do something.
I looked at my watch and it's already 4 o'clock in the afternoon.
I decided to go to the arcade to ease and calm myself for tomorrow's ball.
But it seems like it's a wrong move because the moment I entered the arcade dad's memories starts rushing in my mind.
Going to the arcade in weekends after my training became our routine when dad was still alive. It's been three years since I last go here and nothing really change.
I was on the verge of crying and being emotional when something or rather someone hit my back.
" What the?! Miss! Can you get the f*****g out of the entrance. You're blocking our way." I heard someone talking behind me. I looked at my back and found 3 guys about my age looking at me, but what caught my attention is the guy right infront of me now.
I know him. Dad's always showing me his pictures and always telling me stories about me. Dad told me that I should know him so that I can guard and protect him better if ever I would be chosen to be his protector.
Whit that, my mood instantly change. Remembering his mom and the ball that will be held tomorrow and most importantly the possibility that the leaders wife will choose me to be the protector of this guy infront of me.
I furrowed my brows in annoyance and decided to turn my back at them and leave. I only take a few steps when a strong hands grip my arms tightly causing me to wince because of the pain.
I looked at my back and saw him looking at me while wearing his annoyed expression.
"Yah! What do you need?! Get off me!! You squid faced jerk!!"
"What did you just call me?! And who do you think you are? How dare you turn your back on me when I'm still talking to you?!" He seriously said.
Wish! This jerk, if I didn't know that he's the leaders son he's already kissing the ground now.
He should be thankful that I don't wanna cause trouble for mom for now.
"What do you need?!" I asked again, more annoyed this time.
"Apologize! Kneel and apologize." He ordered me. After hearing what he said I immediately burst out laughing.
" Hahahahahahaha! Your funny! Kneel? Seriously?! What are you? A god? " I asked sarcastically after laughing. When he didn't answered I just rolled my eyes and took my arms from him forcefully. I massage it and I even saw a red marks.
" If you've got nothing else to say, please excuse me cause I have something more important to do than talking nonsense with you." I said then walk away.
' Eating is more important right? >_
I really don't get it when humans have to waste their time for such a nonsense.
' And fighting with a 10 year old child is meaningful?' can someone tell me how to kill someone's inner thoughts and conscience?
I headed to the mall's entrance and waited for a couple of minutes before mom arrived. After that we headed back and decided to eat our dinner at home. We just bought a take out foods from a restaurant since we're so tired to cook.
We just finished eating our dinner and I'm now at my room, lying in my bed while thinking about tomorrow's ball.
I just really wish everything will be alright.
