"These are first-year section classrooms. There are five sections for each year. The students you see here are your juniors." Headmaster described walking through the hallway with Yuxi, ng Xia and Niao.
The students poked their heads out of the windows and doors to peer at them, only to get berated by the headmaster. Still, that didn't stop them from peeking outside.
"Woah!! She is super pretty. Even the most popular girl, Yang Ziyi, can't hold a stick in front of her."
"By the way, Who is the second girl? Is she a new transferee as well? Though she is not as attractive as Liz, she is far way cuter than the girls in our class."
"What did you say?"
"You boys will never behave. You only go after the looks. When she was ugly and fat, you didn't even know who she was. Now, you all act like you were her die-hard fan since her debut."
"Oh, I can smell something burning up. Who cares about that? Whenever I open social media nowadays, I see things about her. She is a trending celebrity. Can't we even admire her? She is talented, rich, has stunning looks and body, and is renowned. Who in their right minds wouldn't like her?"

Series of munching sounds rang throughout the room.
"Hey, Ji Yong!! Why do you always eat at the library? On top of not following the rules, you are also disturbing others by making those noises." A female student remarked, looking at the boy in front of her, who was busy eating his sandwich while reading a book with his other hand.
Realizing he was paying no heed to her words, She shouted "Ji Yong!! I am seriously going to report you to the teacher."
"What is happening here?" A female teacher in her mid-thirties approached them, hearing the student shout.
"Oh, Mrs Sun, I am glad you are here. Ji Yong has been eating in the library. He was eating so loudly, it was disturbing others. I even tried to coax him to go outside, but instead of thanking me and leaving, he just ignored me and is still chomping like a cow." She explained.
She smirked thinking the teacher would praise her and chastise him. However..
"Aren't you a first-year student? Listen, you can't raise your voice in the library let alone go around shouting. Treat it like a first warning. If I find you making trouble again, I am going to have a talk with your homeroom teacher, you got it?" voiced the teacher staring at the girl.
"Huh?..." She was speechless. Slowly when the teacher's words got into her mind, she shook her head " Mrs Sun, I didn't. This Ji Yong-"
"Enough! I am talking to your homeroom teacher." The teacher left after saying that. Horrified, the girl followed her. But before she did, she shot him with a hostile glance.
Ji Yong was reading the book while eating his sandwich like nothing ever happened. After finishing the food, he fixed his thick glasses, got up and left the library.
The students who were silently watching everything shook their heads, pitying the girl who got in trouble without doing anything.

"Let me take you to the library before going to the cafeteria." The headmaster suggested.
Zhang Yuxi nodded her head in approval. While the headmaster was boasting about the school while walking through the hallway, Yuxi was observing things around her.
Ji Yong was also walking the same hallway after leaving the library, eyes fixated on the book. After a few steps, they passed by each other.
They were walking at their own pace, but in that one second, their eyes eventually met. It was only a brief glance. Yet, Yuxi sensed something wrong. She halted and looked back at him. He was nowhere to be found.
Knitting her brows, she wanted to run after him but...
"Yuxi, Is something wrong?" Feng Xia asked, noticing she stopped walking abruptly.
"No, It's nothing. Let's continue." Yuxi joined them back, without giving it another thought.
(Niao.)
(Yes, Master.)
(Did you by any chance sense something? Like a danger? Or anything different?)
(No master, I didn't sense anything. If there was any danger, I would've been the first one to feel it. Is something wrong, Master?)

After exchanging those words, Yuxi fell into deep thought ' Something feels off. If not then why would the hidden divine energy pulsate like that? Was it that boy with glasses? I wonder who he was? A lord in the human world? No, I would've already known if they were a god.'
'But they can conceal their identity with magical amulets. Mr Yu told me that there were no gods in Suzhou city except me. What in the world happened? I was so busy minded. I didn't even note his aura. Thinking as a human is hard. It easily leads to unnecessary overthinking. I will just let Mr Yu handle it later.'
"So, That's it. Did you like our school?" The director asked.
"Hmm?" Yuxi, who was absent-minded, found herself already back in the director's office.
Seeing the confused look on her face, Feng Xia replied with a wide smile "Yeah, It really is a spectacular high school I must admit. I request you to look after our Yuxi. Since the tour is done, Please excuse me, I have a busy schedule to follow."
Peering at Yuxi, She said softly " Yuxi, I have to head back now. Attend the classes and I will come to pick you up after school."
"Umm," said Yuxi.
After Feng Xia left, Yuxi turned towards them and asked " Headmaster, can I ask you something?"
"Yeah, Go ahead."
"Do you know a boy who wears thick black glasses and likes to read books?"
