"I guess I did get stronger," Jesus said in a nonchalant manner
Lucy's eyes were wide open and she was simply amazed at the feat her master displayed. She can't help but admire her master even more and she then thought how lucky she was that her master didn't kill her that say.
'Wow, master you're even more powerful than before. I can't wait to be that strong' Lucy said while getting out of her hiding spot
"You will soon enough but it will take quite a bit of time but that's fine. Right now your strength is at the middle of A rank"
'So does that means we completed our goal master and we can finally head out?'
"Yeah, we can finally head back to the City after 2 weeks of spending here. It's good that everything went according to plan since I need to prepare for the entrance exam that starts in a few days"
'Oh yeah, that. I completely forgot about that'
"Of course you did. Well, I'm going to get this Chimera's crystal real quick so it won't take long" Lucy nods her head as she sees her master skinning out the Chimera tough hide so he could get its crystal easier. It took him less than a minute to stabbed through the Beast and get its crystals. Once he was done with that, he put its corpse into his storage
"I guess I don't have blood all over me this time which is a good thing."
'Master, can we leave now? I want to leave this place already'
"We're about to leave so just be patient Lucy. Oh yeah I forgot since we are heading back to the city, just be on guard of your surroundings because of mercenaries or assassins"
'Yeah, I know that already. I'll be careful' Jesus nods his head and then strap the Chimeras horn onto his back so he could sell it to the hunters Guild'
"There we go. Now we're ready to head back to the city. Now let's follow the trail we made that leads us to the entrance of the forest I hope"
'Don't worry master, I have a good memory unlike you so I know where's the entrance of the forest is at'
"That's good I guess. Well if this trail is wrong then you can lead the way"
'Well do but I don't think I need to since this path you made is correct which is a first'
"I hope so"
They then start their adventure on their way back to the city. Surprisingly the path that Jesus made actually lead out to the forest in which Jesus didn't care that much as he made sure multiple times that it did. Jesus and Lucy were walking towards the city but it will take too long to walk so Jesus decided to Sprint making him break the sound barrier easily and only getting there in less than 15 minutes to get to the City
As for Lucy, since she couldn't keep up with Jesus's speed, So she just decided to stay in his Shadow. So overall an easy trip back to the city without encountering any problems
Jesus was currently waiting in line so he can enter the city. He got a few glares here and there while in line but he just ignored it.
"Got any resignations? If you don't then you need to pay the fee to enter the city" Jesus simply showed his Guild ID and was free to enter the city
'Master have you notice the few glares being pointed at towards you' Lucy said while still being in his Shadow
'I already know Lucy. They're probably looking at me because of this big horn on my back. Well, I just learn to ignore them which is quite easy'
'Whatever you say master' They then continued their way to the hunters Guild which only took them a few minutes
Jesus walked inside the hunters Guild and already a few demons instantly recognizing Jesus. Some of them thought he was dead while others thought he just dealing with his personal life.
Jesus ignored all the pointless chatter about him and head to the resignation desk where of course he could see Jason but thought it was someone new
"Where have you been? I thought you died since I haven't seen you in 2 weeks"
"Do I know you?" Jesus raised an eyebrow as he doesn't know who this man was
"You're kidding, right? It's me Jason your best friend" Jesus shrugged and shake his head as he doesn't know who this person was
"Come on I know you know me" Jason was shaking Jesus in which Jesus got annoyed with and grabbed his face
"Get your hands off of me idiot," Jesus said in a frightening tone send shivers down Jason's back
"Yeah, now I remember you. You are too annoying to forget"
"I'm glad you remember me I guess" Jason took a step back from Jesus
"Well *Ahem* Sorry about that. So then what can I help you with today" Changing his act complete 180°
Jesus then took the straps off from his body and hands over the Chimeras Horn to Jason in which he inspects it
"It's a Chimera's horn" In which Jason gave a surprised looked
"I have no idea you were that strong" Jason was quite shock and also happy at the same time
"I'll be back to get you your payment real quick" Jason heads off to give Jesus's money.
After a minute he was back and took out 5 large demon coins. Jesus took the money and started to leave and headed to get something to eat. While Jesus was walking towards a restaurant he always goes to, Lucy decided to ask a question
'Did you actually didn't know who that was?'
'No why?'
'*Sigh* Then do you at least know who Alex, Ella, and Aiden are?'
'Yeah, I do. Why you asked?'
'Jesus Christ master. You can remember them those 3 but not Jason'
'I only remember people if they either don't annoy me or I'm okay with talking to or they seem interesting. Other than that I have a shit memory remembering people's names'
'Do you remember anyone else from that Village master?' Lucy asked
Jesus thinks for a moment before answering 'Nope I don't. I told you I have crappy memories remembering things unless its something really important'
'*Sigh* I guess you do have crappy memories remembering things master'
'Truth is part of me wished I did forget I need to go to school but it was too important to forget' Jesus said while still having his cold expression on his face
'Well it's good that you didn't since it's important'
'Yeah I know that already but at least I'm a little excited to learn how to use mana'
'I doesn't look like it' Lucy whispered while looking at his almost lifeless expression
'Did you say something, Lucy?'
