I stood outside the building Apeiron was in then noticed her walk outside. She had long white hair, blue eyes, and wore a white cloak. I haven't seen her in 13 years and my time has finally come to finally face off against her. She looked at us then watched Orimi walk forward.
"Apeiron! Your time has come! It's time for us to end things!" I said then summoned my katana.
"I'm with you big brother! We are in this till the end." Orimi said.
"Humans and Monsters used to be able to coexist with one another. When I first came to this world, I was confused just like the rest of you monsters. All I sought were answers on why I was even brought to this world. That was until I was attacked. This world is pathetic. Full of worthless specks of flesh and bones. Humans deserve to die. Monsters will rule over Earth and the entirety of the Human Realm. I had sex with a human to create the ultimate beings and all I got were late bloomers. Riddle me this...Why do you two hang around the same humans who attacked me years ago." Apeiron asked.
I looked at Apeiron then looked back at Himeko, Ochiyo, Namiyo, and Naora. They looked at me and Orimi. I looked back at Apeiron. "That's because they actually care for us. They don't want to kill Monsters. They want to save and protect them. After the death of many from 20 years ago, they learned that monsters were always innocent, but you are making it hard for the humans to see the good in monsters!"
"I see. I'm making it hard for humans to see the good in monsters as humans are making it hard to see the good in humans. Allow me another question, my son. You have defeated your father, yes? Do you truly believe you have what it takes to defeat me?" Apeiron asked.
"I believe I do! I believe I have what it takes to kill you as well!" I said then glared at her.
"Then show me that belief." She said then transported me and her to a battlefield.
I grunted and opened my eyes after the transportation was over. I looked around. "Orimi!"
I looked in front of me and noticed Apeiron standing in front of me. I glared then got in a battle stance. I dashed to her then jumped up and slashed downwards at her. She vanished into a dark portal then appeared from a portal beside me then shot bolts of void energy at me. I dodged them and sent my own bolts of void energy at her. Our bolts collided then caused an explosion to happen. She appeared from the smoke then slashed down with a blade made from nothingness. I blocked the attack then pushed her backwards. She slid back then I dashed to her and went for a kick. She vanished into a dark portal again. She appeared above me then spread her arms wide. Multiple rays of light crashed down to the ground.
I began to dodge the rays of light then threw my sword at her. I warped to my sword then slashed down, hitting her with my blade. She groaned then crashed to the ground. A beam of Primordial Energy was released directly at me. I used my katana to block the beam and grunted loudly. I landed on the ground then noticed my katana began to crack. I ignored it then got in a stance once again.
I dashed to Apeiron and slashed at her. We clashed multiple times then I dodged her attack from her lance then slashed horizontally at her. My attack rippled through her body then she kicked me away. I groaned then rolled backwards and slid backwards on one knee. I huffed then stood up. I dodged multiple beams of different elements from her then dashed to her. I punched her stomach and she groaned then I kicked her away. I summoned a void then the energy from the elements went into the void. The void turned red then fired a massive beam at her. She groaned loudly and an explosion happened.
She slid back then dashed to me. I dashed to her and we slashed at the same time. We slid forward then my katana shattered and I coughed blood.
"You are no match." Apeiron said.
I smirked and dropped my broken katana then my Battlesuit crumbled into pieces. I turned around. "This fight has only started."
"Then show me your conviction." Apeiron turned around to look at me.
I growled then my aura appeared around me. I grunted as my aura began to grow stronger. I bellowed as my body shined brightly then my aura began to turn a lavender color. Apeiron watched and her left eye twitched out of annoyance. Pieces of energy broke from my body as I achieved my Pure Form by uniting my Light and Dark Forms together. I exhaled then opened my eyes. My eyes were a pure blue with white pupils. My hair was a lighter shade of my usual light brown hair.
I dashed to Apeiron then our fists clashed. She grunted from the power I had obtained from my Pure Form. I dodged her attacks then palmed her stomach then she groaned and I caused a dark blast to follow my previous attack. She flew backwards then I appeared in front of her and grabbed her leg then slammed her to the ground. I jumped back then summoned multiple voids. They all turned red then released a powerful beam at Apeiron. She groaned as she was hit then we returned to the normal world.
I landed on the ground then noticed the others looking at me. They were relieved to see me and were surprised to see my new form. Apeiron appeared in front of us.
"I underestimated the power of a Pure Form, but I will no longer be overpowered by mortals...let alone my own children." Apeiron said then raised her hand in the air. "It is time to show you why I am the Monster of Origin. Yoshida, Orimi...do you truly believe you have what it takes?"
Orimi glared then got in a stance. Apeiron transported us both to another battlefield. An armored king sat in front of us on his throne and summoned his sword.
"The Nothingness King will buy me time for me to complete my plan. Pray you don't die before you see what it means to be a monster." Apeiron said then vanished into a portal.
"I see his core. We have to strike him on his chest." I said then held my hand out then summoned a void then the energy from the void formed into a sword in my hand.
I dashed toward the King then grunted as I dodged a large nothingness bolt. Orimi looked at the Nothingness King then looked at me.
"Are you okay?" Orimi asked.
"Yeah...just had a bit of a close call." I nodded and looked at Orimi. "Seems like we can't easily get close."
"We have to wait for an opening then strike the moment we see an opening." Orimi said.
I nodded then we looked at the Nothingness King. We dashed to him and dodged his attacks. I used my sword to deflect the tiny rays of nothingness then Orimi surfed on the air in front of me then used the ground to block the beams of nothingness. I perceived an attack coming from above then I jumped and air dashed to the wall of earth Orimi summoned then placed my feet on the wall and flew in the air to block an attack headed straight for Orimi.
A nothingness beam struck me directly and an explosion happened. I emerged from the smoke with a dark cloak around me. Orimi grew closer to the King then he slashed down with his sword. She perfectly parried the attack then I flew down with darkness surrounding my blade.
"You're finished!" I yelled then struck his core.
His core shined then the King yelled and dispersed into magic particles. The magic particles entered a void I summoned. A door appeared in front of us then Orimi and I ran through the door. We looked around then noticed a phantom version of Apeiron in front of us.
"Hmph..We have to defeat this phantom now." I said then got in a stance.
"Right." Orimi nodded then summoned a sword made of cosmic energy.
The Phantom laughed and she flew in the air then I flew after her. I slashed right and left then slashed in a circle trying to hit her, but she blocked all of my attacks then countered with a blast of light energy at me. I groaned as I was blown to the ground. Orimi caught me then slid back a bit. I stood up and we looked at each other and nodded. Orimi flew up to her and slashed with her sword then slashed multiple times in one swing. The Phantom dodged her attack and palmed her stomach. Orimi grunted then was blown away into an invisible wall. She fell to the ground and coughed.
I helped Orimi up then we dashed to the phantom together and slashed as a unison. Orimi slashed to the left and I slashed right. We released an x-shaped blade beam at her. The phantom showed signs of pain when she was hit with the blade beam, leaving her open.
"Orimi!" I said.
"Yes!" She nodded.
We flew towards her and slashed at her continuously. I slashed down, hitting the phantom then Orimi palmed her stomach then the phantom crashed to the ground.
"Together!" I said.
We both held out hand out towards the phantom and released a powerful energy beam at her. The phantom was hit and the area lit up then the phantom shattered into multiple magic particles. We were transported to the final area. I looked around and noticed we were in a massive open area where the cliffs surrounded us.
The real Apeiron stood before us. "You two have shown strong conviction, but in the end it doesn't change the fact that humans must be destroyed. It doesn't change the fact that you two are defects. You two will be eliminated immediately."
"This is where it ends, Apeiron. We will show you we aren't defects! No matter what we will save our home and live a better life!" I said then got in a stance.
"Calling us defects and abandoning us without teaching us. You call yourself our mother?! I'm glad to be standing before you after 13 years...together me and big brother will strike you down!" Orimi bellowed.
"Then show me, show me your strength." Apeiron smirked.
She vanished and appeared in front of us sending rays of nothingness at us. I deflected them then Orimi dashed to her and slashed but Apeiron disappeared before she could land the attack. Apeiron appeared behind me and grabbed me then tossed me in the air and fired a large beam of Primordial Energy at me. I turned around then used a pure light barrier to block the attack. I grunted then an explosion happened. Orimi dashed to Apeiron and slashed three times, but Apeiron blocked the attacks and grabbed her face and threw her. She sent a beam of Primordial Energy at her then Orimi used the ground to block the attack.
Apeiron looked at the cloud of smoke in the air. The smoke cleared and she rose an eyebrow when she didn't see me in the air. "Predictable." She said then summoned a blade of nothingness to block my attack from behind then groaned when a shadow version of herself struck her stomach.
I appeared in front of her and kicked her upwards. "Orimi!"
"Got it!" Orimi said.
We flew towards Apeiron and attacked her together. We slashed continuously then thrusted out blades at her, striking her. I kicked her down then we held out hands out then I looked behind me. Apeiron grabbed my arm. Orimi looked at me then tried to attack Apeiron. Apeiron flicked her forehead then she was sent crashing to the ground.
"Your power belongs to me." Apeiron said then began to drain my energy.
I groaned as my energy was depleting.
Orimi stood up then noticed me and dashed toward us. She noticed a clone of Apeiron appearing in front of her. She kept blasting the clone with magic, pushing her back then she jumped up and thrusted her blade at Apeiron. Apeiron noticed and dodged her. In doing so she dropped me then Orimi grabbed Apeiron's arm and threw her to the ground. I rebounded off the ground then jumped back. Orimi landed beside me.
We dashed to her and she dashed to us. Orimi and I attacked her together and Apeiron blocked our attacks. We kept vanishing and appearing to get an attack off each other. Apeiron kept disappearing through voids of nothingness.
"Orimi let's do this!" I said.
"Ready when you are!" Orimi said.
I caused a bright light to flash in Apeiron's eyes. She groaned then covered her eyes. Orimi and I appeared in opposite sides of her then released a powerful beam of Esoteric and Cosmic energy at her. She groaned as she was hit then Apeiron broke out and sent a rush of Primordial Wind toward us and we crashed to the ground. The darkness surrounded us and multiple portals opened and surrounded us in barrier formation. Orimi and I looked around, seeing the portals.
"I am Apeiron. I am Perfection. I am the Original. The hierarchy must be kept!" Apeiron bellowed then snapped her fingers and rays of different elements were shot out of the portals.
Orimi and I looked surprised then began to deflect the rays of energy. The rays of energy kept coming and shooting at us faster. Orimi and I did our best to keep up and kept deflecting the rays of energy. The rays of energy stopped then Apeiron began exiting and re-entering the portals, slashing at us. We dodged and blocked her attacks. Occasionally, rays of energy would also shoot out of the portals as she slashed at us and retreating to her portal. This continued until a bright light shined then the darkness vanished and we fell on one knee panting. Apeiron appeared in front of us then kicked Orimi away.
"Orimi!" I looked back. I looked ahead then Apeiron held a blade of Primordial Energy at my neck.
She raised her blade then slashed at me. Orimi blocked the attack and Apeiron spun around. Orimi pushed me away then was struck on her side. She groaned then Apeiron was prepared to deliver the final blow on Orimi. I glared then flew towards them I grabbed Orimi's sword from her hand then blocked the attacks from Apeiron.
We clashed multiple times then I deflected the rays of energy from the portals that were summoned. I summoned powerful winds that began to cut Apeiron, but she did the same and our winds dispersed. I blocked her attacks then felt my power fading away slowly. I flashed her with a bright light then slashed upwards then sent her higher in the air.
"I'll end you here and now! This is for everyone!" I bellowed then combined Orimi's sword with mine. I appeared above Apeiron then thrusted my sword through her chest.
I bellowed and the dimension we were in shattered and everyone saw me in the air with Apeiron.
"Yoshida!" Tsuki looked surprised.
Orimi looked up and noticed us in the air.
"You've got me...but let this be known..You may have defeated me now, but next time won't be so easy." She said then shattered into magic particles.
I grew extremely tired then reverted back to my normal form. I began to fall to the ground at high speeds. Orimi stood up then her body failed as she turned normal as well and she fell to her knees.
"Big brother!" Orimi cried out.
Bachiko stopped time before I hit the ground and it affected me as well. She smirked and walked to me then held me in her arms then resumed time. I rested in her arms then she looked at everyone. They all sighed in relief and looked at me and Orimi.
"Apeiron's presence in this world is gone. She may not be dead...but she gone for a while." Bachiko smiled. "Our heroes, Yoshida and Orimi, have successfully taken down Apeiron by pushing their limits."
"We are safe then?" Tsuki asked.
"We are safe." Bachiko smiled and nodded.
Everyone cheered and celebrated. Orimi smiled and slowly stood up then walked to me.
"We did it, big brother...We saved our home.." Orimi smiled gently at me then passed out due to exhaustion.
...
I woke up in my bed and noticed Orimi asleep beside me. I sat up and groaned holding my head. I looked around then heard Orimi waking up as well. I looked at her and she smiled at me. I smiled back at her then she sat up and held my hand.
"Did you rest well..?" She asked.
I nodded. "Yeah I did. Is it over?"
"It is over.." She responded then held my cheek. "You saved us all.."
I held her hand. "I couldn't have done it without you...you are also a hero."
Orimi smiled and got closer. "But you dealt the final blow...you are the true hero. Allow me to reward you..my hero."
I blushed a bit as she got closer. She pressed her lips against mine then pulled back. We both blushed heavily then I kissed her lips again. She held me closely and wrapped her arms around my neck. We pulled away from each other after a while.
She smiled then closed her eyes as she felt her heart racing. "I love you...Yoshida."
I had my eyes closed as well and my heart was racing as well. "I love you too, Orimi.."
