It had been nearly 3 hours of me sitting holding my hubs hand, praying for his wellness and safety.
Debs walks in like some sort of a hero,
"Ya know right! I saved..me..I saved your husband!", he said.
"Really? Thanks then!", I said.
"And I am much better than your hubs!", he walked closer to me as I panicked and stood up.
"Well, I doubt that!", I smirked.
"YOU WILL REGRET SAYING THAT! I WAS YOUR BEST CHOICE!", his eyes raging with fury.
I was panicking, I was scared alone but I knew one thing to never show your enemy that you are scared. I replied looking into his eyes," How dare you talk to me like that? You were never ever my choice!"
He raised his hand to grab my neck and I pushed the emergency button.
All this commotion woke my hubs up and Deb just changed himself into a caring manager.
Nurse checked his vitals and said he was okay but still a bit high on the painkillers.
I sat by him as he clasped my hand tightly and put it on his chest lovingly and said," You are a pretty lady, but I love my wife! She should be here any minute now. Poor girl must be shocked and terrified about what happened to me. You are very pretty but move away when she comes!"
The nurse smiled as I broke down in tears and hugged him cause at that moment I needed reassurance that I was loved by my man more than anything in this world.
Deb stared at us in jealousy and hidden rage.
Now I knew how deeply sadistic and problematic he was and I would've have to watch out for him, to protect my hubs and me.
