Victor who walked back into the room fuming caught Mia at the exact minute the floor was about to kiss her. Looking into her bulged eyes he felt various emotions inside him.
Mia who was already comfortable with the dress and heels felt a million times more uncomfortable when his eyes didn't leave her. Though she tried concentrating on her walk his eyes made her quiver and she tripped down a few more times.
Victor was beyond frustrated with the new threats, new worries, and Hazel's naked photos with someone shattered him enough. He was unable to take any more stupidity. He barged towards Mia who just had a bruise on her knee due to slipping down near the table.
