Chapter 50 - Sky Divine Header

Mahesa was still fighting with Dego. His lion transformation was now starting to fade, especially in the midst of him trying to suppress Dego's powerful energy.

When Mahesa approached, to be honest, he had already received a blast from Dego's energy, which made him almost crashed and fell to the ground. However, Mahesa managed to dodge, and when the energy blast hit him again he fought it by releasing more energy into his body.

Now his energy was dominating, for a while. It was the energy that would thwart the explosions that Dego automatically spawned around his body.

"How long will you try to attack my team?"  Mahesa jumped from above Dego's body, then landed on the ground. His yellow eyes now seemed to light up when the flames from Dego's mouth almost hit him.

Mahesa dodged to the side, swooped in, and managed to dodge almost all of the flames, except for small sparks at the edges of the jets that managed to scorch his thin red hair. He grunted, then jumped back on Dego's body.

A burst of energy threw Mahesa backward, then made his body completely turn into a human. Smoke rose from his body as if he had just been roasted.  Mahesa's eyes, which were blinking slowly, now widened when they saw Dego swooping down and was already spitting fire out of his mouth.

"Damn it! He still doesn't want to give up!"  Mahesa rolled to the side, looking for an empty land to save himself. At that time he had seen the bodies of Marfo and Luna almost became the target of violence by the monsters.

Before continuing his battle with Dego, Mahesa ran over to Marfo and Luna's bodies, transforming into a lion again.  Then Mahesa circled their bodies seven times, creating protective energy. Before that, he had defeated all the monsters that came his way.

Back at Dego, Mahesa again jumped into the air with almost exhausted energy. His dead demon had completely lowered his stamina. A relatively minor battle he couldn't handle well. This was not a good sign.

Dego was floundering in the air, with the wings of a giant bat trying to balance himself. While his claws and body were wrestling with Mahesa who did not stop to bite him.  Dego extended his tail, raising gigantic spines and producing a hard, steel-like texture on his tail.

At the sharp end of the tail, which was sharper than a sword, Dego swung it and stabbed Mahesa's body very deeply.

JAB!  Dego's tail stuck in Mahesa's body, precisely in the left abdomen. Then Dego tore deeper while bringing Mahesa's body into the air higher.

Mahesa's body had returned to being human, his face grimaced and his eyes grew dimmer. The claws on his hands disappeared, and the fangs on his mouth were no longer visible either. He was hanging in the air in the middle of Dego's fury tail that stomped his body very hard.

Mahesa's stomach was already torn open, and even gushing out its contents. His dying fate only got worse as all the flying monsters around him spouted fire and tried to scorch him.

Mahesa would have almost died if Puma was not come to help. Puma jumped over the heads of the monsters, bringing out her lightning rod which was capable of destroying Dego. This caused Mahesa's body to plunge downwards, almost being snatched by another monster if only Puma had not swerved back and smacked the monster to death.  Luckily Mahesa had used up almost all of Dego's energy, so Puma could easily kill him.

Puma's demon suddenly elongated, turning into a giant. He slid down and caught Mahesa's body with his tail. He dragged Mahesa, Luna, and Marfo to a hidden place, behind a shield of energy that could camouflage. Mahesa's protective wall had been destroyed.

Puma shouted, "Great!  Come back here so we can finish the battle quickly!" To be honest, Puma was starting to become pessimistic because her team members had started to fall and lose. Even Mahesa who was the strongest member would have almost died if Puma was not helped him.

Her demon jumped up enthusiastically, kicked the monsters that charged at him, and then landed on Puma's shoulder in a small size again. The Demon's tail wrapped around Puma's neck, embracing him and ready to accompany Puma.

Now Puma's movements were accelerating as if being chased by a time bomb that was about to explode. She repeatedly swung her lightning rod, pounding the monsters and killing them until their bodies exploded.

Sometimes Puma would jump up, clinging to the feet of the flying monster. With one hand holding the monster's leg, she pounded the monster's body with her lightning rod.

Puma landed after many flying monsters fell and died from her lightning rod attacks.  Now she was running, slipping in a zig-zag motion, creating a cloud of dust on her footprints.  Puma looked for the point where Velix was still battling the ancient winged monsters.

A monster almost swallowed Puma from behind, if only she didn't dodge and trip the monster down. Then Puma hit the monster's back until it shattered into dust.

Now Puma created a protective circle using her lightning rod. She plunged the lightning into the ground, piercing it and forming quite a deep depth. Then Puma shouted, "Turbo Guard Fence!"

Puma's demon then jumped from her neck, he immediately landed on the tip of her lightning rod.  His body struck the lightning rod, creating even more depth.  Before long, golden roots emerged from the ground, originating from the base of Puma's lightning rod.

The golden roots twisted, emerging from the ground like the claws of a corpse that had just risen from a grave.  Then they coiled, crawled, and formed a very thick protective wall.

At least the wall could block attacks from the monsters on the mainland. The golden root coiled in the shape of hands and claws would battle enemies, strangling them, crushing them, slamming them, and also stabbing them to death.

"Good, keep attacking and killing them until there are none left!"

A monster with a large size moved by jumping like a gorilla.  His abnormally bulging face appeared to be popping and oozing green mucus.  His saliva didn't stop dripping.  His feet whirled in the air, trying to crush the golden twigs that formed the claws in front of him.

The foot vortex was indeed quite capable of temporarily defeating the golden claws.  The gorilla monster was already standing on top of the protective wall, preparing to land and attack Puma.

However, when his body jumped and almost approached Puma, Puma's Demon had turned into a giant. He moved and then crushed the monster with both hands, like killing a mosquito by tapping it.

Now Puma squinted in the air, watching the bouncing Velix, being passed from monster to monster. Elang had stiffened, plunged underground, and then turned to dust.

It wasn't the real Elang's death, because soon he could be reincarnated.  So Puma didn't have to worry about Elang.  However, Velix must be rescued immediately, because he did not have the power to reincarnate.

Puma gritted her teeth. She instructed her Demon who was still fighting at the end of the protective wall with his giant body transformation.  "Lumo, stay in your position!  I will go to save Velix."

Then Puma jumped and landed right on top of the tip of her lightning rod.  Sparks and static electricity like small worms had now wrapped around her body.

Puma screamed and kicked her lightning rod.  "Sky Divine Header!"  Puma's lightning rod swelled to a gigantic size, like a banyan tree that was a hundred times larger than its normal size.  As Puma's lightning rod swelled, her protective wall expanded elastically as well.

Puma looked up, soared into the air, splitting the dark clouds with the help of her lightning rod. As her body almost reached Velix's, Puma pulled a golden root from the protective wall below.  Those golden roots formed stinging mini spears.  Puma drew her lightning spear, taking down many monsters to save Velix.
