If Desmond had to be completely honest, the idea of making love to Claire certainly did cross his mind, but it was only a passing thought. One driven by equal parts love and lust, wanting to spend some pleasurable, intimate time in bed with her. However, Desmond didn't think Claire would like their first moment alone together since they'd met to end up being this crude and unromantic; he was very wrong.
