What was the easiest way to enter a social circle to which you did not belong? There could be many answers. Some of them were quite elaborate, but the truth was that the easiest way was simply to be introduced to said social circle by someone who already belonged to it.
Anyone with any sense could come to that conclusion, but now a more interesting question came. How do you get introduced to an extremely elite social circle in a world you didn't even belong to in the first place? All while preventing anyone from knowing your true origins.
