Haik haphazardly tore open the letter before him. It was a request from the Police Department of Fothesi for permission to view the case file on Helena. The burning agitation within Haik burst out and he tore the paper apart.
"Someone in Fothesi is trying to get their hands into some really dirty business." Haik told himself. He made sure to keep the torn pieces to the side so that he could send a letter of denial later. It was best to nip this problem in the bud before it grew into something larger.
The next letter Haik opened was once again from the Police department, but this time it was the Vilhelm branch.
