once ladon ordered that the information is not to leave the room everyone had agreed to him. adrian hurriedly covered the crystals again and held sky close to him as if he cant make sense of the situation and things he was seeing and hearing.
ladon then told that sky and faes were to train with adrian and blake, and after the mourning was over they would perform the ritual for sky so that she can change into her human form. it was only allowed to be performed for royals and nobles and that too only when the child get past knight establishment stage before turning five years old.
faes also agreed and then they all went their ways. sky didn't wanted to stay away from adrian hence adrian took sky with him leaving faes alone.
once back in her chamber faes asked her bodyguard butler and maid to remember her face after removing her mask as she realised that they needed to know how she looks incase a problem arises.
they were similarly dazed after they saw her face and it took them some time to come out of it. once they had remembered her face faes entered her study room in order to talk to her family. faes told robin to bring her lunch in her chamber and also to tell adrian that if sky gets hungry send her to faes and not let anyone feed her. once faes was done she entered the study room when elijah opened the door for her and closed it once she was inside, faes didn't wanted to talk to her family but it was necessary after king ladon pointed it out to her.
the contacts faes had in her previous watch were also in this one after the data transfer. faes searched her father's number and called him sitting behind her big desk.

after king agustus and his family went back to their daily lives which had some changes after faes birthday. they also still contacted aiden once a month to know how faes was but only received a simple reply about her being healthy and safe. it still made them relieved that their daughter was safe and secured in aiden's care.
who would have thought that one day suddenly news will come that king aiden died. one had to know that aiden was one of the strongest person on lore currently and it wasn't easy for him to die.
when the royal family of kingdom altai heard that news they felt their world sliding from under their feet. their daughter was under aiden's care for the past year and half but now aiden's dead!
king augustus was panicking as he saw the news. they didn't know how to contact faes as her watch was broken. the next day they saw the funeral ceremony of king aiden and there they heard faes name though it was told as first princess of kingdom reptiliance they knew it was their faes. aiden had adopted faes and he was serious about it but the faes in the news had her face hidden and hence they wanted to make sure it was the same faes who was their daughter.
augustus contacted king ladon but he couldn't get through so he can only message that he wanted to talk.
king augustus was in his study along with his wife alicia while they waited for a reply. they were worried sick and wanted to know that their child was safe!
augustus watch rang taking their attention but when he saw that it was an unknown person he hesitated panicking. faes had changed her watch and that was the reason that king augustus would not have her contact. he was also panicking because he was a king and not just anyone can have his contact detail.
the call from an unknown person just increased king augustus and queen alicia's panic. what if she was abducted? is the caller the kidnapper? how strong are they and what do they want from them? many questions arrived in king augustus and queen alicia's mind but he still picked up the call.
once king augustus picked the call a projection of faes sitting behind a desk appeared. she wasn't wearing her mask currently and was still wearing the black dress from before. she was waiting for her father to pick up her call was not sure what took him this long to pick up the call. was he busy? did she call at the wrong time?
faes was not sure if she should apologize or not while on other side when king augustus saw faes he relaxed, his panic vanishing after seeing faes safe and healthy.
"greetings royal father, i hope i am not disturbing" faes greeted when she saw king augustus face which was filled with concern.
"no no! how can your call disturb us? we just heard about his majesty king aiden and were concerned about you" king augustus replied shaking his head.
"don't worry royal father i am fine and am currently in capital city of kingdom reptiliance" faes said
"baby when are you coming back to home? your mother misses you so much" queen alicia said coming behind king augustus with tears in her eyes.
they finally got a call from their daughter after all this time. but this was the first time that faes had been away from the royal palace in kingdom altai for more than two years and this made queen alicia miss her too much.
"i am guardian of king aiden's daughter princess sky so i have to stay with her until she learns more about her race. until then i will be training with his highness prince adrian and prince blake, so i will not return for the time being but you don't need to worry, this is my new watch's contact and you can contact me through it whenever you want" faes said.
when the king and queen of kingdom altai heard faes their faces fell. their daughter was still angry with them and hence refused to come back home. just what had they done that their own daughter refused to come back was beyond their thought process but they heard faes continue
"please don't think too much, me not coming back has nothing to do with what happened in past. i just want to get stronger and here training with brother blake and brother adrian will help me with it. i will come back when sky is ready and have learnt enough and when i think i am strong enough to come back." faes made clear to which the king and queen were unable to refute. before they can speak they heard a knock and faes turned her head towards the door.
"excuse me" she said to her parents and then called the person outside to enter
"your highness princess faes, the lunch is served and her highness princess sky is also waiting outside for your highness" elijah said bowing. faes nodded "i will be there in a minute" after dismissing elijah faes turned back to her parents who heard everything that faes and the other person said.
they too wanted their daughter to grow stronger and do whatever she wanted. the king and queen remembered that when faes was in the palace with them the servants would talk casually with her like 'princess faes your food is serve come and eat' , 'princess faes you are not supposed to run around', they basically ordered her around and faes was not able to do anything she wishes. now hearing the person who seem to be a butler talking respectfully and sweetly to faes they realised that faes wanted respect and loyality that she didn't had in altai.
"just take care of yourself and princess sky and don't forget to call us now and then" queen alicial said but her eyes were filled with tears.
"you both take care too your majesty i need to go now sky is waiting for me to eat lunch with her, hope you have a good day" faes said and bowed her head before ending the call and going to eat lunch not thinking much about the talk.
but what she didn't know was that her simple call had shaken the world of her parents again and they were feeling guilty that they failed to give respect to their own daughter.
