"Coffee?" Anna asked, looking at Ayan with the iconic smile she used to give on stage back then.
Ayan nodded a bit. "I don't mind."
Anna walked away towards the kitchen to give them a little privacy but it didn't seem to help that much as the kitchen of Kiera's apartment was just adjacent to her living room.
She subconsciously looked at that guy who was sitting on the couch for a while.
Why does it feel like she has seen him before? Where did she actually meet such a handsome guy that she doesn't even remember?
Anna placed the coffee pot on the stove and sighed a bit.
This won't do.
They are not talking at all. The sound of water boiling pierced through the silence like a horror movie SFX. Anna decided to burdge into them as she couldn't help her frustration to show up witnessing the frigid atmosphere between them.
"Hey, do I know you somehow?" she said while returning to the living room, grabbing both of their attention.
