"I did not think that President Lu and his wife's relationship would be that good," one of the girls spoke and sighed. "I found it enviable."
"You think that their relationship was that good?" Yu Xiao Li spoke. "Don't be deceived. The two of them were only acting when they were in public."
"How do you know?" another asked. Her voice was a whisper. "Xiao Li, do you know something we don't?"
"Haven't you heard the scandal around President Lu in the past?" Yu Xiao Li spoke. "They were not just rumors. I heard from my husband that President Lu is actually a playboy. However, once his scandal broke out, he paid the girls some money to shut them up. Later, he made a statement that they were slanders. President Lu is someone with good backing. Who dared to go against him?"
The girls gasped as they heard this juicy gossip.
