It turned out that Duke Tellus and his mother were at the ancestral hall when they arrived at the palace and Hyperion spoke to the official waiting for them.
Mattheus thought for a moment, considered his current attire, before grimacing.
"It would probably be rude of me to go there dressed as I am. If I can change…"
One of the men awaiting his arrival bowed. "As it has been a long time since you've visited the palace, Lady Honoria has made arrangements for your wardrobe, Lord Mattheus."
Considering Mattheus Crown hadn't stepped foot here since he had been eleven years old, any clothes that would have been his he'd long have outgrown.
"Good. Then let's get me changed quickly before I join them and greet my ancestors."
