"This can't be real. This can't be real. This can't be real." Claudia was sitting with her head buried in her knees as she chanted the same thing over and over again until a warm hand came to rest over her shoulder.
She flinched and a gasp escaped her lips as she tried to pull away but was halted by the bedpost behind her. She couldn't go any further.
"You aren't real, right? You are just my delusion." She ogled at the woman with tear filled eyes. Her sight had been blurred due to the salty water rushing through them. She blinked a few times to see if the woman disappeared but she was still there.
"Claudia, my daughter?" Irisa appeared as stunned as the girl before her. Same warm eyes, same gold hair, same features only matured slightly. She still looked like her little girl that she had left behind that night. But how did she come here? How did she travel so many years back in time? Or was she dreaming? What kind of trickery of fate was that?
