The awaited day came. As planned, Maro stayed in his chamber. Morning passed, then noon came. There were still no signs of him. Until, the sunset showed itself by the window.
The orange light passed through the windows, and as Maro stared at it, he noticed glitters appearing. The Rebel King felt a gust of air on skin, and soon after, a golden door appeared from thin air.
The door opened, and a long-haired Adam came in.
Adam waved at his twin brother. "Sorry it took a while."
"It's alright," Maro responded, approaching him.
As soon as the door disappeared, Adam handed over the golden key to Maro. He also took off the obsidian ring, making his hair return to its original, shorter style, then also handed it over to him.
