Chapter 86 - "Who conquered the neighboring nation?"

The royal castle of Utopion was located on a cliff. Sheltered, and protected by a hundred knights, Emperor Shiba spent almost the whole day in his bed, in a silk robe. Around him were slave women he bought from hidden prostitute dens from the Nation of Leoniva, and some were young adults from Utopion's slums. He never minded what was happening outside of the castle. He was a ruler with no people.

Shiba was a concubine's son. In addition to killing all his brothers and the Empress, he succeeded to the throne by spreading false information about the late king, saying that he was conspiring with the rebels to burn the kingdom into ashes. Since Emperor Shiba became the ruler, the Nation plunged into chaos and poverty. He took every single penny from the merchants by imposing very high taxes. He required each family to surrender their properties to the royal family. Due to empowering his military, he was able to fight off resisting parties.
