…pass and Louisa has decided to become the leading monarch; it's a Saturday morning and everyone is preparing for her coronation. Tori is in charge of the food while Carrie is in charge of the security and riot control. Suddenly, a fight breaks out in the town centre; Tori, Louisa and Carrie are called to the scene, to notice that the villagers are fighting to keep Lady Mari away from her abusive partner, of whom is around the same age as Mari.
"Hey, you! Get away from Mari!" Carrie shouts, pulling the villain back
"What's it to do with you? Mari is my girlfriend!" The villain responds
"That doesn't give you the right to abuse me. You know what? We're done!" Mari responds
Carrie holds the villain back as they try to charge for Mari. Watching the situation, Tori is quick to be reminded of how her father used to be; rude, narcissistic and apathetic. Louisa is quick to notice Tori's anxiety.
"Hey, are you okay Tori?" Louisa asks, concerned
"This is reminding me of how my father used to be; I don't like it." Tori answers
"Do you want to go back?"
"Carrie and Mari need our help; I don't want to leave them to fight alone."
"Listen, I'll stay here; you need to get away from the situation. Go back, care for yourself however sees fit."
"Will you keep tabs on the situation and report back?"
"Yes, if that's what you'd like."
"Thank you, Louisa."
"You're welcome. Now, go!"
Without further discussion, Tori retreats back to the former taxmen's hideout; she soon reaches the huge chamber room and looks around, remembering the games she and her mother used to play before her mother passed away. Soon, a lone tear goes down Tori's cheek; she then wipes it away and goes to her bedroom. As for Carrie and Louisa…
"You need to stay away from Mari!" Carrie shouts
"Why? She's not got what she deserves yet!" Mari's now ex-partner responds
"What part of we're done do you not understand? I don't want anything to do with you; you've hurt me enough." Mari responds
Then, Mari's ex-partner tries charging for Mari again; both Carrie and Louisa hold them back. Soon after, someone else comes to their aid.
"Mari, come with me; I'll take you somewhere safe. Carrie, Louisa, you need to take that scum to the police and report his crimes." The mystery helper instructs
"Wait, he's well known?" Carrie asks
"Yes, I'll tell you all about it when we reunite. Right now, get him to where he should be."
Without further discussion, Carrie and Louisa take Mari's ex-partner to the police, reporting his crimes. While he is left with the police, Carrie and Louisa walk back to the hideout, talking en route.
"So basically, that guy used you?" Louisa asks
"Yeah, and he also planned to do the same to Tori." Carrie answers
"Oh my that's… where's Tori?"
"Tori's in her bedroom; being in here reminds her of the great times with her mother before her father started abusing her."
"Oh, okay. But how? The building isn't the same."
"It's the amount of space in the room; we need to check on Tori."
Without further discussion, the girls go to Tori's bedroom, to notice her laying on the bed.
"Hey, girlfriend. Are you okay?" Carrie greets and asks
Tori then sits up and notices Carrie and Louisa at the door.
"Hey, girls. Yeah, I'll manage; don't worry about me." Tori responds
"We do worry; we care about you." Louisa responds
"Trust me girls, I'll be fine. It's just memories of my mother, nothing more."
"Listen, we know that you struggle with huge rooms; we'll always be there for you. Through good times and bad."
"But Louisa, you'll be queen soon. How will you be there for me when you'll have affairs to handle?"
"We can write letters and meet up when I'm not busy; you need support and can't get that without those that care about you."
"Besides, you'll always be the first one we think about, Tori. Boyfriends or not."
"Umm, Carrie, I like girls. I don't date guys." Louisa responds
"Wait, you… like girls?"
"Yes, I do. Why, do you sway that way as well?"
"Well, I'm bisexual but lean more towards girls."
Soon after, the two women are a blushing mess as Tori is in the middle.
"Okay, you two. Let's go out before everything gets awkward." Tori intervenes, cooling the situation
After a short while, the trio are out, enjoying the day while it lasts. With a coronation coming soon, the girls enjoy their free time while they have it.
