Under the blazing sun, you can see a handsome man wearing dirty clothes leaning on a lamppost on the sidewalk.
He is gazing at the passing people with different colors of skin and ethnicity but no one is paying attention to the actions of the man
'Have I transmigrated?!' The man thought to himself

The current planet the man was in was very similar to Earth. It was called Blue Star having the same land surface and distribution but there is only one government which is the Blue Star Federation.
It was built after the merging of all regions of Blue Star which was having the same name as the countries, culture, and traditions as those on Earth, while regions still competing to promote development
The previous owner of the man's body was named Titus with an age of 22, which was coincidentally the same as the current owner of the body's name and age while having the same life
Sadly, he died having a heatstroke on the sidewalk
He then searches newly merge memories and found out that he was in Manila the capital of the Philippine Region which is full of people from other regions because the city was one of the most prosperous cities on the planet other than Beijing, Tokyo, New York, and powerful regions capital cities
After learning his current location, the new Titus then calmly stood up and tidied his messy clothes while thinking to himself
'I will make waves in this current world by any means to not shame my transmigrator fellows'
But Titus felt something was amiss. Then he suddenly discovered.
'Where will I start?!, where are my Goldfinger, plug-ins, or abilities!'
Titus was just a native and a normal citizen with no specific abilities
But while he was thinking about this,

After hearing the announcement, Titus can feel his excitement boiling up in his heart
Titus then turned his gaze to the surrounding people, which was still organizing their thoughts
Without further thinking, Titus then hurriedly ran to his house
After 10 minutes, Titus arrived at the door panting heavily
Titus house was pretty decent and it can provide a suitable living space for a family
Sadly, he has no wife or kids
He then quickly fished his key in his pocket then opened the door
Titus then got to his room to change clothes and take a bath
After 5 minutes,
Titus got out of the bath and quickly changed clothes
After changing, he then got to his living room, got a bottle of beer, then sat on the sofa
Titus then calmed his mind and drank a bottle of beer while waiting for the countdown

At the highest building on the planet
People can be seen sitting and chatting while surrounding an oval table
These people are all the Region Lords of the Blue Star Federation
Everyone has different temperaments but they have all one thing in common: they all have a commanding presence, probably because of having a prominent position
They all got here for a meeting because of the announcement an hour ago to discuss further action
After the announcement the people are panicking, and each region was in a turmoil
Suddenly the door of the meeting room opened, and a majestic, middle-aged man came out
All the Region Lords turned their focus on the middle-aged man and turned silent
Amidst all of this, the man seemed unfazed by the stares of the Region Lord
This middle aged-man is James Chua the current leader of the Blue Star Federation. He maintained his position from the age of twenty to his current age of 33.
This showed the capability of James earning the respect and fear of the Region Lords
He then sat on the lone seat facing the table
James then said in a majestic voice
"Let us start the meeting"
"Any suggestions about the current situation?"
Several region lords then suggested their opinions
But none of them are workable
"Any more suggestions?" James asked in his voice.
Suddenly the region Lord of USA then suggested brazenly,
"We must use this situation to promote fast development to us humans by competing and eliminating the weak"
The Region Lords, including James, fell silent to the Lord of USA words
The Region Lords are not dumb they all agreed to this suggestion in their minds because according to the name 'Territorial Era' they can deduce that this event will revolve around territories which is one source of wars on ancient times
But they cannot decide because the decision will fall in the hands of James
"Any more suggestions?" James again asked in his voice.
After a few seconds of silence, no one spoke up
"Then we will go to the Region Lord of USA's suggestion," James said in a clear voice
"But we will have an agreement, ,"James said with a voice full of authority "We must band together if humanity is in a crisis or else humanity will turn its back to you"
None of the Region Lords dare to refute these words because it is all for the sake of humanity
"Understood?" James asked in a low voice
"Yes! Leader" said the Region Lords respectfully
"Okay, then the meeting is adjourned," James said while waving his hand
In all the devices of the Blue Star people, the rules and terms are being received
Almost all the human's blood is boiling after reading the message
Who doesn't want power and wealth? You know that human nature is greedy.

Naturally, Titus received the message and after reading it he can't help but praise the higher ups
