"Watch where you're going." A deep voice rumbled, making Luka's heart skip a beat. Luka flinched at the harshness of the voice and slowly looked up.
"Ah." His blood boiled as he set eyes on a tall man with broad shoulders and dark hair. His eyes were a dark amber that seemed to bring him closer.
"Hey, dickwad. Shouldn't you help him up? You should have been looking where you're going!" Chi yelled at the alpha. Yes, an Alpha. The man grimaced like he was touching something unpleasant and pulled Luka up by his arm. Luka whimpered needily. The alpha stated at him, causing Luka to turn away at the heat in his face. Something slowly was seeping...
"Ah!" Luka struggled free and scampered off. He wasn't around the corner fast enough before he heard.
"The next time I see you, you better have taken care of your boner." Chi hissed.
The house was quiet this morning, Sara thought to herself. Maya was with her father at the palace training grounds, Chi had taken her brother out for a run. Just her and this tea her husband has painstakingly imported from New Po... the door shattered in wake of her son. He flew into the bathroom and shut the door. A series of bashing and... crashing sounds erupted from the bathroom. Ah, her son forgot the breaks again! Sara chuckled and took one last sip from her tea.
"Ah! Now this is how my mornings are supposed to be!" She giggled to herself... are those?
Sara knocked on the door, Chi hadn't come back yet. The door clattered open.
"Luka!" No. There she was.
"Up here, dear!" Sara called, she met her daughter half down the hall.
"Did something happen?" Chi panted, then she sniffed the air, "What's that smell?"
Sara smiled, and went to the door where the water was running and listened to the muffled sobs and scrubbing sounds.
"Meet anyone while you were out?" She asked.
