For the rest of that night, Seraphine prepared everything for her last outing with Eric - buying the ingredients, baking donuts and cookies, dressing them in wrappers, and at some point, getting lost in her thoughts about him.
On the next day, she put on her casual clothes and strapped on her satchel. After getting everything ready, she nodded to herself before she enveloped the sweets in a quaint basket and tied the plastic together with a red ribbon.
"Perfect~!" she cooed to herself before she proceeded to make her way out of the mansion.
Seraphine found the home that Helios left for her as too enormous, especially since she's living on her own. She doesn't have any maids or menservants around - or more like she doesn't need one. Her cousin was worried that she couldn't fare well by herself, but she insisted on going alone. Besides, there's no one back in her previous home who still hasn't been affected by her power.
