Lei looked up and saw sam dragging a dead boar towards his kitchen. Lei questioned Sam on why was he dragging a dead boar in his house, Sam told him that their were alot of crows outside so he couldn't skin the boar in peace but Lei does not recall seeing any crows outside. Lei puts his groceries aside and starts helping Sam while helping him. He asks Sam about David and why the townfolks were afraid of him.Sam said that it was rumoured that David lied about the attack on his base and killed his comrades. Lei thought that this rumour was completely qnd utterly false so he helps Sam clean up and goes on his way. As Lei exits the town he can't help but think about the rumour by the time he reaches the farm it's already dark and David is in an very aggressive mood.Lei is abit sceptical of David's behaviour but dismisses it. Late at night Lei wakes up to a scream. He lookes around the house for David but can't find him.Lei runs towards to barn to look for David there but he can't find David anywhere. Lei spends the entire night looking for David. At sunrise David exits the house and saw Lei running around frantically looking for his son. Then Lei saw David standing on the porch and he rushes towards David. First he hugged David tightly like he was a little boy and Lei proceeds to ask David of his whereabouts David's reply leaves Lei dumbfounded David says that he was sleeping in his room all night.Lei investigates David's disappearance all morning and at nightfall Lei decides to roam the house after David has gone to sleep then he goes to the basement and opens up a small trap door then crawls through it in to a huge room filled with books and weapons.After spending a couple of hours there Lei hears footsteps in the basement as the trap door opens Lei hides in the corner Lei saw the back of a man and immediately gets a flashback of a man in a long cape.This man turns his face towards the books on the table and Lei realised that this was David but how did he know about this room? After David leaves the room Lei also crawls out. Now Lei understands David's behaviour. David was acting like the man in the book. That book was fictional story written by Lei.
