Airi came back inside her house, still feeling pretty much dazed about what just happened back there. She still couldn't believe any of the words he said at the end, and she was having her doubts whether any of these is just a weird dream.
"Did you see him out?" Hazel spoke up, seeing her coming into the house. And that helped her break away from her trance.
"Yep, I did." She joined them on the sofa, where everyone was enjoying some kind of show on the television. After the dinner, Alex took everyone's leave, saying that he had something urgent to handle. And since his friend left, Shiro also got up to leave, but Sara held back him, to pack up some of the food to take with him. Hazel and Emma decided to stay back for the night, and sulky enough, Dew dejectedly went back to his home as well.
