"Look, girl. I know we are opponents, but you don't need to stand up against me right now. This is a family matter, so stay the fu*k out of it!" Even if she started off with a calm tone, by the end of it, her emotion got the best of her.
"Then take it to your family, and keep it between the doors. Why make a ruckus here at school?" Airi kept her calm the whole time, despite the fact of her being equally angry at Maria that if she could, she would've slapped her across her face.
Rena wailed out exaggeratedly in response to Airi's question. "Then ask that fu*king bastard behind you, how could she do this to her own sister? How could she make my video and send it to all, bringing down my reputation, messing with my character?
Maria snapped back at her elder sister, standing behind Airi, "And I have told you countless times, I didn't do it. Besides, who has got that much of a time to snoop around you…" Maria stopped in her words when her eyes met with Airi's. Airi glared down at her, with a cold gaze. And getting that was enough to shut herself up completely. Yet, she clutched hard on Airi's sleeve, as if pleading to save her from this mess.
"Yeah, right. You didn't do it. Who are you kidding, Maria?" Rena shouted back in the same hysterical way? "You, out of all people, know very well about what I do and when I do. So, if it's not you, then who the fu*k do you think it is? Who did it to me?"
"I did." The entire bustling hallway fell into deep silence, hearing the calm voice. The students who were whispering to others snapped back their attention towards the way the voice came. And all of them were estranged to see that it was Airi who talked back.
"I was the one who followed you. I was the one who recorded a video of you. I was the one who uploaded it. And I… was the one who did that to you." Even Rena was dumbfounded to hear the sudden revelation from Airi. For a second, she couldn't figure out what to react or how to react. But soon after, she started laughing like a mad woman, losing all control of her image. "Haha… oh my! Aha haha, why you… had to go that far just to mess with my reputation, huh? I don't recall doing anything wrong to you."
Airi walked a bit closer towards Rena. "It was just a coincidence. I just happened to find you walking on the street which goes to the red zone area late at night. So I just decided to follow you out of curiosity. I never thought in my wildest dreams that you would really go there, and I would actually end up witnessing something like this. And to be honest, " Airi neared the distance between them a bit more, "Don't you think my luck is way too good? After all, getting something like that on you, was a golden egg for me. There is no way I wouldn't use it against you. Otherwise, I had no chance of winning." Rena gazed up towards Airi only to see a wicked smirk on her face, eyes looking down on her.
"And also, since I decided to have a chance to recite and abide by those vows of a president, don't you think I should be truthful to facts? After all, we can not let someone like you to stay as our president, at least, I wouldn't like that a bit."
Students around them heard Airi loud and clear, and they were again whispering and nodding their heads, which seemed like they all agreed with Airi. Seeing the crowd on her side, Airi slowly whispered to Rena, "such a nice timing of using stuff, huh? Thanks a lot, senior. Your business of selling your body out of pleasure and fun, sure made my work a lot easier."
"YOU FU*KING WENCH!" Lloyd was standing there silently up until now, but suddenly he grabbed Airi by her collar single-handedly, almost choking her. And he raised up the other hand to slap across her face. Airi was preparing herself to stop that hand, but before she could, another hand came across and grabbed Lloyd's.
"Keep your filthy hands to yourself, Lloyd!" The guy tossed his hand aside, removing it in front of Airi. And this action of his made everyone standing there astonished. Even Airi was struck dumb by it.
"Carter, when did you…" Airi snapped back from her astonishment and talked back, but got interrupted in the middle when suddenly Carter raised his hand to stop her. "Lloyd, you can't go on raisin' your hands on girls. Just because you have got someone as a backing, doesn't mean you could mistreat someone." Carter glared at Lloyd.
"And since when you started caring about the school affairs, huh? Mess keeps happening here every now and then. You never came forward back then. So, what makes today different that a guy like you getting involved in it?" Lloyd smugly asked Carter back, putting him off-guard a little bit. "Don't tell me, Miss Airi. You yourself got a boy-toy as well. And to think you talked so big that day… fu*king shameless…"

Lloyd fell down on the ground getting hit by a punch. "Are you fu*cking nuts Carter?" Lloyd started bleeding immediately by the punch making a horrible mess of his face.
"It's you who is nuts. Get away from my sight if you don't want the situation gettin' any messier than it already is." With that, Carter turned around and left the hallway, brushing past Airi. He didn't even give a glance at her, even for a bit. And that ticked Airi so much that she followed him immediately.

"Carter, wait!" Airi almost ran behind him, but he didn't halt his pace. "Carter, why are you ignoring me? Wait…"
"And why should I, huh?" All of a sudden, he stopped and blurted out. He turned back towards Airi, and she could see a pained look on him.
"What happened, Carter? You protected me there, but the whole time, you never looked at me. Did I do something that…"
"Was it really you?" Airi stopped in her words by the sudden question Carter made.
"What… do you mean by it?"
"WAS THAT YOU WHO DID THAT?!"
Airi was startled when Carter raised his voice. "Look, Carter, that was…"
"Just yes or no!"
Airi looked deep into Carter's eyes, but all there was anger, and distrust for her. He seemed like he believed when Airi took up the blame about the video. And that made her unbelievably calm about the entire situation.
"So, you believe that I did it, right?" Airi sounded way too calm, despite the fact that she was getting misunderstood.
"You said so yourself… What am I supposed to do then?"
Airi chuckled lightly, "Yes, I did. Then I won't try to deny it." Airi neither told him the truth, nor tried to take up the blame with her own words. She left the final choice to him, in hope that he would trust in her. But Carter disappointed her greatly, just simply walking away. Before he entirely went away, he turned around to say, "I never thought you would turn out like those, taking up something underhanded step like that. I thought you were righteous and honest. But…," he walked away, leaving Airi alone there.
"And to think of all the people you would misjudge me…" Airi looked at the way Carter went away. She kept her cool the whole time, but when there was actually no one there, Airi felt like her heart was shattering into pieces. She felt a weird pain in her, like a needle pricking her continuously. "That actually hurts, huh…"
Losing her friends who had been dear to her once again enveloped her in deep sorrow. She felt like there was no one who would actually go along with her. And thinking that, her vision got blurred.
Honestly, she didn't like the idea of using something like this to her advantage. But it was needed to reveal Rena's character. It definitely will help her to win, but it was not like something she made up or something she did unjust to Rena. Then, if Rena's immoral lifestyle got revealed, what was wrong with it? Sooner or later it should've. Then what's wrong with now?
Even if she did that for her advantage, would that be too bad of a thing to do?
Moreover, she never wanted this to come out like this. And she always wanted to be honest with her ways. They should know it, right?
"He, out of all people, should know it…" Airi squatted down on her place, and sobbed while hiding her face behind her hands.
