"Carter, you sure you are going alone, dear?" Sara spoke up from aside, looking at Carter, who was currently busy packing some souvenirs he bought for his friends and teachers.
"Yeah. Sorry, Ma'am. I had to be such a killjoy, when we all were having such a nice time," Carter replied to her, with a little sad look on him.
"But we all could then go back anyway, right?" Max joined in as well. "We have enjoyed the trip a lot anyway. It would be no fun without you, son."
"I wish I could very well strangle my stupid professor right now, Sir," Carter laughed off at his own words. "But, he needs me. He wasn't supposed to call for me in the midst of vacation, but seems like that's how bloodsucking the professors are."
