I counted to a total of thirty female slaves on the plantation picking cotton, while the male were spread out doing other manly things I presumed. From a far I saw small cabins which were built close to each other - they resembled in the way they were built and it didn't take much for me to notice they were the place where the slaves were kept. Then there was this huge house fit for palace just near to the plantation, they called it a plantation house.
