Sliding the blanket off her body, the old woman stood on her feet. Each word that grim had said was stopped at a distance of an inch from her body like an arrow aimed at her, on hold for a signal. Once the signal was green, they would pass straight through her body. The signal that had put those arrows on hold was grim's affirmation. Luckily, her hearing was still sharp. She was certain that she didn't mishear any word. She raised to her feet because she wanted to study the boy's face from closely who was seeming talking nonsense. Judging by the looks on his face, he didn't look joking around. However, she stopped a few feet from him.
"Come again?", standing face to face in front of her death, she requested. Hoping, wanting to hear that it was a mindless joke.
