That night, Jeremy sent a message to grim and asked him to come back to the penthouse as it was urgent. Grim had to leave the watch on the girl's house. When he reached home, the spirit of hope told him that the immortal's friend wanted them to join the trip she had planned particularly for Ellen. He had expected hearing a straight 'no' from grim but to his surprise and the luck on the side of Chloe, he replied with a plain 'okay' and walked out of the house to the place he had come from.
