Chapter 80 - Irony

Ellen stood there, brown eyes staring in the empty air, huffing an astonished puff. First, she thought she didn't hear right but after revisiting the scene from a moment ago, what she heard was exactly the reason for her bewildered state. She hadn't fully grasped her mind over what happened in the club. Things had been in such a rush lately like a rock rolling off a steep mountain. She could deny and go against the idea of having a trip after a week of her granny's death, but that was what she needed exactly to cool off her mind and process the rushed hours the clock was ticking in and out in her life. And grim was an immediate entity falling into those rushed hours.
