The sun rose for the east and shone brightly as rays of light pierced through the leaves.
Daniel rose and stared at full grown hatchlings. They were similar to their impregnated hosts except for their heads no longer had eyes. For their sense of perception was based on touch, smell, and sound, three sets of antennae was on the back of their heads. All five of them rushed towards Daniel and awaited orders, like a child who wanted their parent's attention.
*Thud*
The [ Soldier ] landed next to Daniel, it seemed as it kept itself hidden above the trees. It seemed pretty happy. He was about to say something when he heard a drip, looking to the left he saw a large pool of blood. He moved his vision up to see plenty of corpses above the tree. It seemed as the [ Soldier ] enjoyed itself for the whole night.
*Swoosh*
A portal opened and all hatchling came out.
"Feast, enjoy, and rest."
Daniel didn't speak much. One word was enough for them.
Without much though the hatchlings ripped, shredded, and devoured everything within minutes. As for Daniel he was quietly staring at the sky.
'Yo guys, you there?'
No answer.
'Ey this isn't funny.'
Silence.
'OI!'
'Im here! im here! sheesh no need to scream!'
'Why weren't you answering me!'
'We found out we can have our own mental space, basically we can sit inside a roam made and powered by our imagination.'
Daniel didn't expect that both Stephen and Jeremy had already been enjoying themselves inside their own mind.
As for its mechanics, it could only be describe as a mental space. It worked, moved, and followed the owners very will. And as for Stephen and Jeremy, they were literally having the time of their life. Inside the mental space, they were god, thier wishes came true without problems, except that they could not gain or create objects or status that they themselves have no knowledge about.
'So let me get this straight, I've been moving doing this shit while you guys were enjoying yourselves?'
'Pretty much.'
If it came to shamelessness and being direct, Daniel would put Jeremy as the king of it.
'*sigh* fine, tell Steph to prepare. Im gonna switch out with him in a couple of days.'
'Like... control over the body?'
'Yeah.'
Thrisix has already informed them that they could switch between who could be the main 'host'. Daniel already had his fun and Stephen might need fresh air.
'Got it.'
Although it wasn't him that was getting to have free control, he really didn't care. Jeremy always and never will endanger, steal, or harm his brother to which is Daniel and Stephen. Having Stephen enjoy free control instead of him wasn't tempting him nor made him envious, besides, having a mental space where he can feel the thrill of being chased by angry woman was better than surviving.
There wasn't much to do, Daniel just had been accumulating his large 'hive'. He named the bird like hatchlings [ Aviary ]. After plenty of tests and tampering, Daniel found out that he didn't need the same specific species for [ Soldier ], [ Worker ], or [ Aviary ]. He just needed use his skill [ Path of Evolution ] and force them to be that type of specific hatchling class.
For days he killed, slaughtered, impregnated, and gathered his forces. Now he stood at a whopping 40 [ Worker ], 60 [ Soldier ], 10 [ Aviary ], and 10 [ Arachnid ].
[ Arachnid ] were pretty much spiders which Daniel gained their genetics through impregnating a large spider. Their webs were strong and they had a very agile and swift movement in the trees. They were the perfect hunters, they fed the hive for days upon end without Daniel really worrying about food.
Another discovery was that they weren't 'leveling up'. Thrisix explained this as detailed as possible. Skills, Abilities, and Talents arent grown by experience or killing enemies. Instead they are grown through understanding. When one gains a skill, ability, talent, or even magic, one must grow or strengthen it by understanding the very concept of said power. Understanding it becomes very difficult the more you understood it. Like a math equation or formula that has a very short surface yet when one really unravels it's meaning it becomes a large puzzle.
As for Daniel, Thrisix explained that understanding his skills was too little but pointless as he himself has the ability [ Seeker's Eye ]. It explained that it was an ability that granted the user insight. People often confused wisdom and insight. Wisdom is the term used when one gains knowledge and experience through time. For example, If a you were taught 1 + 1 = 2 then you'll know that that 2 is 1 and another 1 there for 2 - 1 is 1 without being taught subtraction. Insight however is different, It is understanding instead of knowing. Once you have seen the numbers 1 - 9, then one would simply understand what subtraction, division, multiplication, and addition is just based on the numbers themselves.
Simply knowing the materials of a structure will allow someone with insight the ability to understand how the structure was built, while those who have wisdom will only understand the structure if one has seen or taught something different yet so similar.
For Daniel, this means that his ability will allow him to understand not only himself and his other abilities, but also everything with the planet. Having known this, he used his ability to understand his other abilities only to be flooded with knowledge and an aching head.
Understanding everything all at once was a huge mistake for Daniel as large amounts of knowledge was being recorded within his mind.
After that he simply took a nap while hunting a large amount of food with his [ Arachnid ] and began to hunt.
****
Opening his eyes, Daniel was greeted by a clear blue sky. Birds were flapping and chirping while the summer breeze blew pass him.
"Return."
He simply returned his hatchlings to the [ Colony Nest ] and laid back down.
"Transfer control over to host... [ Silent Wrath ]"
[ Transferring... ]
*Crunch*
Daniel's body began deforming, his bones were being restructured, muscles were growing, and his size was enlarging.
Long brown hair that went down to his nape and chin, Sharp black eyes, slightly tanned skin, and a muscular build.
"Open."

"Hmm... So im like a fighter or berserker."
His voice was deep with a slight growl to it.
[ Will the host use [ True Form: Release ]? ]
Stephen was quiet. He began thinking, after Daniel used [ True Form: Release ] he became very cold to others. Simply, he lost his sense morality or humanity. But what would happen to him if he used it? Will he lose his own? Daniel and Jeremy was letting Stephen think in peace, they were also wondering what Stephen would choose.
" [ True Form: Release ]... "
What was he... He no longer remained human. He had already sold his soul and will to the devil. He was enjoying himself in the mental space just to escape his new reality. He was scared and afraid, now that he was on the spot, he felt like a boulder was on top of him. What should he do? What can he do? Should he just accept it? or maybe try to run away from the situation?
His body was visibly shaking. Sweat covered his body entirely, his breathing became ragged.
'Just you do you man.'
'No need to overthink it Steph, were here for you.'
Whether it was pain or bliss, right or wrong, even in life and death, these people were always with him. Daniel wasn't cold but just uninterested with others, however when they first met, he help him up. Jeremy was way above everyone yet he descended and walked with him shoulder to shoulder.
His wish for forming a contract with the devil wasn't about him wanting to live, but rather, him wanting to live with his 'brothers'. He braced himself and swore that through thick and thin, he'll push through with them, forget pain, regret, and fear. They made him he who he is now, they gave him kindness, they gave him trust, and he will give them his loyalty and trust right back.
"... Sura. [ True Form: Release ] Sura."
[ Host has understood a hidden ability, Adding ability to [ Silent Wrath ]...]
Pain.
That was the only word to describe how he felt. His body was being reformed once again however this time he's conscious.
"AAARGGGHHH!!"
He grew more and more, his muscles became more defined.
[ Error... [ Silent Wrath ] is unable to handle the new ability... Attempting evolution of talent [ Silent Wrath ]. ]
"GGGARRGHH!!!"
Red tribal like tattoos covered his body and arms. His hair turned white, two long curved horns appeared on his forehead as his iris became blood red. Sharp fangs grew on his upper and lower jaw.
[ Successfully evolved [ Silent Wrath ] > [ Asura Kin ]. ]
Kneeling in all fours, Stephen gasped for air. He felt like he went through divine judgement.
"O... pen."

His list of abilities were long.
"Thrisix, What's the difference between skills and abilities?"
There wasn't much difference between skills and abilities, however Stephen was still confused.
[ Skills are gained through practice and execution of said skills. Abilities are dormant powers within the user, whether it's from their race, bloodline, or heritage. ]
The only difference between a skill and ability is how they were obtained.
"What's bloodshed?"
[ Bloodshed: The ability of all Asura race where as long as blood is shed, whether theirs or their enemy, will always continue to strengthen themselves to the utmost limit. ]
"So... it can help me train?"
[ Yes. ]
'Retarded bastard!'
'This is rigged!'
Daniel and Jeremy's voice could no longer be held back and they began screaming their complaints.
"Ugh.. What?"
'Don't 'what?' me! You just got a power up and a skill that makes you stronger! How the f*ck is that fair!'
'I haven't even open up my status and you already beyond both of us!'
While both didn't know how strong Stephen was now, you could argue that being [ Divine Talent ] is better that [ Unique Talent ].
"Eh... How was i to know i got this op bs talent!"
Although they were hiding it, Stephen knew they were just making the atmosphere more lively, they weren't actually mad about Stephen becoming stronger.
"Thrisix, What's the ability brotherhood?"
[ Brotherhood: You have gained the will to press forward with your brothers. A fire burned brighter than anything which swallowed your fears and created a flame that never dwindled. Generated the skill [ Indomitable Will ]. ]
Although it was never showed, Stephen had a knack for fighting. His shy and fearful attitude always hindered him, in the age of 7 he participated in several dojos and stood out more than once yet his meek and naive mind hindered his growth until he stopped.
Lucifer's plan has succeeded, creating a child with the strength of the asuras while being one of his sons.
'Ew. No homo.'
'No homo.'
"You pieces of sh*ts..."
On thay day, Stephen enjoyed and trained himself as Daniel suggested.
They had all the time they need to train and familiarize themselves with their own strength. One thing that they did found out was that their own [ Talent ] were fundamentally different. One valued strength, one valued numbers, and one valued assassination. The time they need may span for an unknown amount of time, this was only the beginning a long and difficult journey.
Ch: End.
