I am not alive, nor dead.

I am caught in a state that defies understanding.

Where my conscious mind is shackled

And the subconscious is up and running.

This is what we call a dream.

Dream can be forgotten, nightmares have their respite,

But this is not a dream, nor this a nightmare.

I question the very fabric of my being,

where my memories dance beyond my reach.

This abyss both tangible and intangible,

veils my thoughts in doubts.

And I am thus a prisoner of my own doubts.

Trapped within this void, no light, no sound,

where not a soul can be found.
