Shen smiled when his friend asked him about the hunting, "I am level 13 now."
"Huh!?" Ming was surprised that Shen only got three levels. He knew that Shen was hunting a level 32 monster while he was still level 10. It should be more than just three levels, "Isn't that too little?"
"What do you mean too little? I have a Legendary Class, Ming. I need four times more experience than a normal class. You should check yours too, Ming." Shen rolled his eyes at his friend. The developer should put some restrictions on the Legendary Class or other unique classes or the game would be unbalanced.
"Ah!? I did not realize that we need more experience to level up," Ming checked his window status and checked his experience bar. Just like Shen said, he needed more experience to level up. While Shen needed four times more experiences than a normal, Epic Class needed three times more experiences.
"Where's ZhenZhen? I have something for her," Shen remembered about the fish. ZhenZhen Might be excited about the fish so she could try more new dishes with more ingredients.
"Why are you looking for her? And what do you want to give her? Are you giving her flowers?" Ming squinted his eyes at his friend. His gaze turned sharp as he cast a cautious look at his friend.
Shen rolled his eyes, "What are you talking about? I don't have that kind of interest in ZhenZhen. I regard her as a friend," he shook his head, "I am going to give her ingredients, I have 163 fishes for her."
Shen ignored his friend and walked toward ZhenZhen's house where she most likely was. Sure enough, ZhenZhen came out of the house while wiping the sweat, "You come back? Do you have something for me, Runner?"
"I indeed have something for you," When Shen replied, ZhenZhen's eyes brightened, "What? What do you have for me? Quick take it out!" She urged him.
Shen took one Guardian Fish and showed it to her, "Can you cook something with this? This will be our first meat dish though it's just fish."
ZhenZhen quickly took the food from his hand and observed the fish. She touched the belly and the side of the belly. She observed the fish attentively.
Ming frowned at the sight of the fish, "What kind of fish is thi? This is gross. It has a weird snout and has legs?" This was the first time Ming saw a fish with legs. He never saw one like this before. It was gross for the first, Shen had the same reaction but he just got used to it quickly.
While Ming felt gross, that was not the case for ZhenZhen. She touched the legs, moving them upward and downward. Shen could see the woman was excited with the ingredient. As a cook, she was not disgusted with the ingredients.
"I don't know, this is the first time I have had this kind of ingredient. A fish that can walk actually exists, but I never have a chance to cook it either. I need more fish to experiment with, trying the texture, the taste of it raw, and more things to do. Do you have more fish?" ZhenZhen asked Shen. She was bolder than Shen and Ming thought.
"Are you sure you want to taste it raw? I don't think it's a good idea," Ming commented from the side.
"I have many of them." Shen took out everything in his inventory, a hundred and sixty-three fish, "However, I need the snout. I need that to hunt. You can take a few though if you want to try to cook it."
"Alright, leave the rest to me, Runner!" She was excited as she took everything into her inventory, "Maybe I will be ready to cook the fish in two or three days." She assured Shen before she turned toward the blacksmith house, "How is it with the new people? Have you met the new guy, Shen?"
"Nope, I just returned as well," Shen shook his head. ZhenZhen nodded her head and turned around, "Call me out when he is out, we should get to know each other since we will be playing together a lot." She waved her hand and went back to her house, "The mushroom stew will be ready in an hour. We can have real food soon!"
"I will be waiting for the food," Ming replied loudly as he waved his hand excitedly even though ZhenZhen had her back on him.
Shen shook his head helplessly as he went to the respawn spot. Resting in the respawn spot could recover his stamina faster. He was also waiting for the new member to get out. He stretched out his legs and had his back against the pillar.
"Are you not going to continue your training? You should continue your training so you can hunt monsters for ZhenZhen," Shen teased his friend. It was wrong to compliment Ming as his friend took that seriously, "You are right, I can't be lazing around." Ming was about to sit next to him but he stood up again. He walked toward the stone and picked it up on his back. He was about to start the squat, but a figure came out from the blacksmith house.
That caused Ming to stop and put away the stone. He did not approach the figure though as he rushed toward ZhenZhen's house.
Shen shook his head as he got up. The new member was a man, from the face, the man looked like in his late thirties. He had a big frame and wide shoulders. Shen estimated that man was muscular in real life if his character's build was like this. The man just needed to follow them to work out then he would be good.
The man smiled at Shen and Shen returned it with his smile, "Hello, I am a new guy here," The man offered his hand toward Shen.
Shen reached the man's hand, "Hello, I am Runner. Nice to meet you."
"Nice to meet you, you can call me WealthyGuy. But it would be too awkward to call me that," The man smiled awkwardly when he told his in-game name to Shen, "You can call me Jiang, that will do to avoid the awkwardness. The reason I chose the name is because I want to be wealthy from playing the game."
The man was blunt and straightforward, Shen kinda liked this man already, "Alright then, I will call you Brother Jiang if you are okay with that."
WealthyGuy was pretty much older than him. It was natural to call him Brother Jiang.
