It seems Scarlet really did her best to hold on while waiting for her decision.
"You will be able to do it. I know you do because that is the person I have seen in the short span of time that we spent together. You were even able to make Slate come out of his single life shell and start interacting properly with those of opposite sex."
Scarlet took a deep breath, "Thank you for coming into our lives and giving hope to my last legacy. I know you will be able to get it into its best story line. The best ending, I know for sure you are the only one who would be able to write the things I know I would want to write myself."
She once again smiled, "So, stay strong Amethyst. I wish for you to think of our meeting as a blessing instead of a curse."
