You see every piece of cloth Mircea had at the moment belonged to Este. And by questioning Mircea's choice of clothes Frey had indirectly questioned or rather insulted his little sister's choices.
Mircea had spent last half hour explaining Este that he had meant it for her betterment, but Mircea was certain the fumes coming out from Este's ears were blocking her ears and therefore, she hadn't been able to hear a word after Mircea had told Este, that Frey apprised, 'the gowns were too accessible for any man'
She was currently regretting she said anything about Frey at all, as they paced to Frey's study. Mircea had never been to his study, she had wanted to see how her future study would look about two hours ago, but now… now she was dreading marching in there with Este.
She wasn't marching with Este, more like following her. Thank saints she was still wearing the leather gears and not some gown else she still would be on the second floor.
