Mircea didn't know if she wanted to call a meeting with the council or investigate Jerome first. She knew there would be a risk if she got the council involved, she wanted to know if any other member of the council was involved with Jerome in murdering and framing her family. However, she wasn't ready to investigate him yet.
"Hey, hey." Athos' voice came from behind her, she swirled around to see him, he was running toward her, before he could take a breath Mircea lunged into his arms. They were standing in her office. Alejandro and the other two had taken the four of them in the slammer.
"It's alright." Athos' patted her back as he hugged her back. "I have called for Carsten. He will meet us in the slammer." Mircea buried her face in Athos's chest. Too much had happened in the past week. She felt the hug had been overdue.
