Chapter 124 - Chapter 124: Women

It’s been a while since I read a novel and watched classical films. The one I have been engrossed watching is mind blowing and which apparently dates back from about two or three decades ago. I can’t imagine living in an era where women aren’t given choices and didn’t have the freedom to do what they want such as getting an education from universities or hone their skills like in arts, music or odd jobs that men or society allows them to have. I have watched and appreciated movies that touch the heart and open the mind to different things, new ideas and free thinking. Truth be told that all through-out history, women have been invisible and branded as second class citizens. Worse is when one is a person of color, let alone a woman, life can be hell, full of questions, judgements and struggles which makes things harder if that individual is part of the LGBTQ+.
