They started pumping a dose of adrenaline into Alex's blood the next day to wake him up. Cara and I waited frantically for these thirty minutes for her to open her eyes.
"Mrs. Alexa", the doctor signalled me. Cara and I quickly got to her side.
Alex started to open his eyes. I quickly grabbed his hand.
"Hello honey," I cried before seeing him open his eyes again. Look at Cara and Me. He saw both of us.
"Alexa, Cara." He can remember Cara and me. That's quite a relief for me. That means we don't have to worry about his head injury. He'll be fine.
"I can have a drink." The doctor immediately gave the blood glass that had been prepared for him. I saw him drinking quickly with a happy feeling. Thankfully he was still able to eat well.
He looked around and finally saw his own body bound in such away.
"I can't move. How long have I been unconscious?"
Alex moved his hands to get up.
