"Something happened between you and Daniel?" Sofia looked at me with a curious smile. Daniel had just left the table where we had breakfast.
"No, why do you think so"
"Looks like you've given up your crazy obsession, he's been keeping a close eye on you in the past few days and I see you're a little busy with your phone, you guys texting each other?" Sofia shot precisely. I just smiled and Sofia was grinning widely now.
"We were just trying to be friends"
"Alright, mate" Sofia laughed loudly afterward. I just quietly let it go.
Well, I've been enjoying Daniel's attention these past few days. I know for the first time after our conversation my view of his presence has changed.
To be honest my own feelings scared me, my growing attraction to Daniel made me unable to sleep well for the first time, I started to think about it. He feels so grown up, I mean we're almost 9 years apart and our worlds are completely different.
