"The bodyguard for your family has been taken care of by Big Brother. You can rest easy." Saila told me three days after Carlos' arrival. We are still waiting for them to prepare to gather all the royal envoys.
"Okay, thanks, Saila."
"Liam is coming." Oh, why did he come?
"I'll meet him myself here."
"Okay." Saila left. I waited for Liam with a thump. From that last kiss, I had mixed feelings. Even though I know our time together won't be long, I want to spend a little time with him.
"How are you?" I stood waiting for him to come into my sitting room.
"Okay," I immediately and ran to hug him tightly, hiding my face in the crook of his neck, letting go of my longing for him without anything to say.
"I miss you, too." He instead hugged me tightly.
"When are you getting married?" When can't I hug her anymore?
"Uncertain. Maybe a year from now."
