Mr. Owen Caldwell agreed to a closed-door meeting at a French restaurant in the Savoy Hotel.
I played the recorded conversation in Antwerp and passed the photos of the meeting in front of Mr. Owen. He brought an advisor named Roland Merkel to this meeting.
"What do you want to do Mr Owen?" I waited for him to speak and consider before I could say my opinion.
