"Tea room?"
Deng Xiwen furrowed her brows and looked at Shu Yimo, who was dressed in simple homewear. She pondered for a moment before saying, "Sister-in-law, why not persuade my brother to take you back for New Year's? It would save you from a quiet holiday, and grandpa Long hasn't been in a great mood these past days knowing my brother won't return."
Upon hearing this, Shu Yimo was taken aback, then responded, "That's for him to decide."
"Sister-in-law, you don't just go along with everything my brother says, do you?"
It seemed to Deng Xiwen that Long Chengyu held Shu Yimo in special regard. Perhaps she could help improve the relationship between Long Chengyu and the Long family, but now...
Shu Yimo didn't say anything. A faint, indifferent smile crossed her face as she turned and headed for the kitchen.
When Deng Xiwen went to the tea room to find Long Chengyu, he was busy moving a large stack of books from the table to a bookshelf.
"How did you get here?"
