The day started with Stacy and then Macey, followed by Rachel, Mary, and Jane. They all came and left at separate times as he planned and right as it turned 8 am. They're all merely toys to him that he's taken away from their rightful lovers for his own entertainment. No girl has him for long before he breaks it off, so why new ones try to change that is something he don't know. They won't leave him alone just like fangirls fawning over a celebrity, but he's just a guy born into a rich family with great looks and is a star athlete. "Hey Hotaru, I-I was wondering i-if...ummm." A girl stuttered, twiddling her fingers nervously while gazing at the floor. He looked in her direction, brushing her hair behind her ear with his finger.
"What's your question?" Hotaru mused drawing his hand from her face, placing it in his pocket. "Oh i-it's just that I want you to-to.. Will you go out with me!?" The girl asked, bowing her head. It was no shock this was her question, plenty of girls ask him everyday, but she doesn't look very pretty. 'Glasses, brown hair, short, a bit stubby, a lot of freckles, and a young girl sense of style.' Hotaru thought rating her appearance before deciding his answer as he did with all other girls he's played.
"Sorry." Hotaru answered, putting his arms behind his head, starting to walk away. "Wait, what?" The girl said trying to catch up to him. "Wh-what do you mean? Is something wrong with me?" The girl asked, pushing back her glasses. Hotaru stopped and faced the girl who standed next to her. "Sigh. It isn't anything personal, but you're just not pretty." Hotaru said, starting to walk again. "O-oh I-I see.. I guess they're right." The girl replied through gritted teeth. "Hmm?" Hotaru mused, slowing down and faced towards her again.
With watery eyes, the girl walked away looking at the floor as she did without giving him an answer. "Alright then, I guess I should head to class." He said, moving on with his day. Walking in the other direction.
"Dude, have you heard?" Kai asked Hotaru as he walked in the room. Still walking, Hotaru asked "Of what?" Hotaru slipped his bag to the floor by his chair in the back of the class. "There's a new girl who's going to attend this school today! How did you of all people not know?" Kai exclaimed while shaking his friend. "I don't really care that much I guess." Hotaru answered, slinking down into his chair. Kai sat down next to him and looked at Hotaru wide eyed. "What now?" Hotaru blandly asked.
"Since when do you not care if there's going to be some new girl?" Kai asked, shook. "I don't know. Today apparently." Hotaru boringly stated.
"Uhm excuse me, I was wondering if this is class 136?" A light voice asked from the front of the room. Hotaru looked up, shocked. "Speak of the devil, guess she has this class." Kai whispered leaning his arms on the desk.
