From what he could imagine, Istel had lost all of her sanity and is having a mental breakdown. William gritted his teeth and silently cursed at Felix for making his cousin feel this way. He wasn't expressive nor is someone who will confront Felix deliberately, telling him to take care of her cousin. But now that everything is a mess, he can't control his anger.
